我国田径后备人才培养模式比较研究

【摘要】：田径运动作为奥林匹克运动的基石,是目前世界上衡量一个国家和地区体育运动水平的重要标准,也是竞技体育的基础,它对竞技体育中各个运动项目的发展起着不可忽视的作用。田径项目作为一个基础的大项，在各项大赛之中占据的着重要地位，并且具有很强的观赏性，引起了世界各国的共同关注，我们国家自然也不例外。然而田径运动目前在我国发展的相对较为缓慢，我国的田径竞技能力水平也较低，造成这样的局面是有很多原因的，其中田径运动后备人才培养是影响我国田径运动发展的一个重要方面。因为田径后备人才的培养是田径运动可持续发展的首要资源,也是整个竞技体育的重要组成部分,对田径竞技体育的持续、健康发展起着举足轻重的作用。本文主要从田径运动后备人才的选材、运动员的文化素质、教练员的素质、竞赛体制和保障体系五个方面对我国体育局系统的田径后备人才培养模式和学校系统的田径后备人才培养模式进行比较，对我国田径后备人才培养中出现的问题进行深入分析与研究，为促进田径后备人才培养和健康的发展提供一些参考。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国田径后备人才培养模式的现状进行了细致的了解，分析了在现有的培养模式中存在的一些问题，并得出以下结论：（1）在选材方面体育局系统的选材范围相比于学校系统有一定的局限性，选材的范围相对较小。而学校系统的选材范围广,但是学校选材科学性较差，，有些教练员只是凭借经验来进行选材。体育局系统的选材相对较好，但是科学性还要进一步提高。（2）运动员文化素质方面体育局系统的运动员由于受到除训练以及比赛以外的师资力量、教学管理等方面不足的影响，与学校系统的运动员相比文化素质较差。学校系统运动员的文化学习得到保障，运动员文化素质水平相对较高。（3）在教练员方面体育局系统教练员文化素质水平要低于学校系统，但是训练水平较高,具有丰富的比赛经验，临场指挥应变能力较强，而学校系统教练员在这些方面较为薄弱。两个系统的教练员科研水平整体较低，希望参加一些高水平教练员培训班。（4）竞赛体系方面体育局系统物质保证较为充足，竞赛能够满足以赛代练的需求，学校系统和体育局系统的比赛界限在逐渐淡化，但是学校受到资金、竞技能力等方面的限制，参加比赛的机会相对较少。（5）体育局系统在训练的硬件设施，训练后的恢复和医疗保障方面基本能够满足训练的需要。然而学校系统中有些学校训练器材都难以得到保证，训练后的恢复和医疗保障更无从谈起。而在运动员退役后的保障方面体育局系统相比学校系统存在一定劣势，学校系统可以保证运动员文化素质学习，为将来发展打下良好基础。针对以上问题本文提出建议：(1)加强体育局系统与学校系统合作，体育系统的教练员深入学校进行选材，学校系统积极推荐优秀后备人才，完善和优化选材体系，提高选材的质量和科学性。(2)促进体育局系统与学校系统的合作，利用学校良好的教育资源帮助体育局系统的运动员进行系统的文化学习，保证文化学习的质量。(3)近几年国家开展了高水平教练员培训班并取得很好的效果，高水平教练员培训班的开展要进一步加强，体育局系统组织教练员培训时将学校系统的教练员也纳入进来，通过教练员培训班的学习不断的提高教练员的能力。(4)国家在不断完善竞赛体系，并且适当的增加了竞赛数量，淡化体育局系统与学校系统比赛的界限，两个系统组织的比赛彼此间相互参加，促进两者间交流学习。(5)适当增加对学校系统的资金投入，学校系统充分利用自身的资源，促进学校田径后备人才的培养，建立完善训练后的恢复和医疗保障。两个系统之间相互合作，保证青少年运动员退役后可以继续接受教育。
[Abstract]:Track and field sports is the cornerstone of the Olympic movement . It is an important standard for the measurement of sports level in a country and region in the world . It also plays an important role in the development of various sports items in competitive sports . However , the track and field sports play an important role in the development of China ' s track and field sports . However , the cultivation of track - and - field sports is the primary resource for the sustainable development of our country , and it is an important part of the whole competitive sports , which plays a pivotal role in the sustainable and healthy development of athletics sports .

This paper compares the training mode of track - and - field reserve talents with the training model of track - and - field reserve personnel in the system of sports bureau in China from five aspects of the material selection of field sports reserve talents , the cultural quality of athletes , the quality of coaches , the system of competition system and the guarantee system , and makes an in - depth analysis and research on the problems appearing in the training of track and field reserve personnel in China , and provides some reference for the promotion of the development of field - track reserve personnel training and health .

This paper makes a detailed understanding of the present situation of sports bureau system in our country by using the methods of documentary , expert interview , questionnaire , mathematical statistics and logical analysis .
