[Abstract]:The construction of positive mental health education teachers is the key to do a good job of mental health education and an important condition to ensure the healthy development of mental health education. On the basis of the investigation and interview on the present situation and problems of the teachers of mental health education in 18 districts and counties of Shanghai, the basic situation of psychological teachers is discussed in this paper. Professional development, work, treatment and support are analyzed and discussed in order to provide a special teaching staff for mental health education in Shanghai.
