城市代课教师的特点、困境及对策

【摘要】：代课教师是城市基础教育中的一支重要师资力量。该群体有自身的特征与困境:一方面呈现女多男少,年轻力壮;资质充分,具备条件;教龄较短,来源多样等特点,另一方面存在多方签约,权责不明;差别待遇,收入较少;工作任务重,心理落差大;见异思迁,逢考必考等困境。理顺基础教育阶段不同性质学校的用人机制,有助于代课教师走出这些困境。
[Abstract]:Substitute teachers are one of the most important teachers in urban basic education. This group has its own characteristics and difficulties: on the one hand, it presents more women than men, younger and stronger, more qualified, better qualified, shorter teaching years, more diverse sources, and so on. On the other hand, there are many difficulties, such as signing contracts, unclear rights and responsibilities, differential treatment, less income, heavy work tasks and large psychological differences, difficulties such as seeing different ideas and moving from one another to another, and taking exams every time, and straightening out the employment mechanism of schools of different natures in the basic education stage. Help substitute teachers out of these difficulties.
