性别鸿沟的跨越—女性主义视角下班级性别差异问题研究

【摘要】:卡尔·马克思说,“人对人的直接的、自然的、必然的关系是男人对女人的关系。从这种关系就可以判断人的整个文化教养程度。以及人在何种程度上对自己来说成为并把自身理解为类存在物、人。”现代社会的进步与发展已经抵挡不住人们追求两性和谐发展的前行的步伐,教育系统作为社会系统的一个重要生态圈,承担着两性性别和谐发展推动的重大责任,同时也是实现“性别公正”从私人领域向公共领域过渡的连接点,为实现社会的正义与和谐作出巨大贡献。 本文主要采用文献法、女性主义研究的半结构式访谈法,观察法,叙事研究法等质性方法和比较法,以西方女性主义为研究视角,整合西方女性主义主要理论观点,并提炼出适合本研究的分析框架,借助学校班级这个微观的观察平台,观察生活在这个班级体里面的人,发生在这个班集体场域的事件,以及存在于班级体的物质等是如何作用两性形成性别鸿沟。并进一步探讨学校班级中的性别鸿沟和我们现存社会中的性别鸿沟是如何相互交错,相互影响。最后从学校、家庭、社会不同生态圈找到解决性别鸿沟的突破口,促进两性和谐共生,共进步,共发展。 本研究主要分为六部分内容。 第一部分研究的背景和动机部分。主要探讨在我国构建和谐民主社会大背景下,社会现代化建设过程中,两性和谐发展的意义,并提出从班级这个微观平台中去探讨性别鸿沟问题。 第二部分,主要通过文献资料,归纳整理女性主义的主要分析范式——社会性别理论的发展以及教育领域“性别差异”问题研究的嬗变。 第三部分,通过对女性主义主要发展流派,以及其核心分析范畴社会性别理论一梳理,提炼出各流派的精华部分,为班级日常中的性别差异图景质性考察提出研究框架做铺垫。 第四部分为本文的核心部分。主要采用女性主义研究的半结构式访谈法、观察法、叙事研究法等质性方法,进行实地调查。以女性主义的联系观,生态观,整体观等哲学观为指导思想,选取发生在班级场域中的十个与人(教师,家长,学生,)事(教学事件,课堂参与,班级活动),物(教材,课程,环境)相关的故事片段,从不同侧面去反映发生在班级场域中来自家庭、社会,学校教育等对于学校班级两性鸿沟产生的影响。 第五部分为策略提出部分。根据班级性别鸿沟所呈现出来的问题,从女性主义视角对性别鸿沟影响因素分析和策略思考。得出班级性别差异主要是家庭、学校、社会多方面因素的交互作用产生的,因此尝试从女性主义视角优化学校课程与教材,注重教师培养,改善学校性别物理环境;变革家庭性别文化,缩小家庭内部性别鸿沟的产生,同时健全政策机制引领国家社会性别和谐发展等观点。
[Abstract]:Karl Marx said, "Man is direct to man, natural. The inevitable relationship is the relationship between men and women. From this relationship, one can judge one's whole degree of cultural upbringing, and to what extent a person becomes and understands himself as a kind of being, People. "the progress and development of modern society can no longer resist the pace of people's pursuit of the harmonious development of the sexes. As an important ecological circle of the social system, the education system bears the great responsibility of promoting the harmonious development of the sexes. At the same time, it is the connecting point to realize the transition of "gender justice" from the private sphere to the public sphere, and make great contribution to the realization of social justice and harmony. This article mainly adopts the literature method, the feminism research semi-structure interview method, the observation method, the narrative research method and so on qualitative method and the comparative method, takes the western feminism as the research angle of view, integrates the western feminism main theory viewpoint. With the help of the microscopic observation platform of the school class, we can extract the analytical framework suitable for this study to observe the events that occur in the field of the class collective with the help of the people living in the class body. And how the material that exists in the class forms a gender gap, and further explores how the gender gap in the school class intersects and affects each other in our existing society. Finally, from the school, the family, Different ecological circles of society find a breakthrough to solve the gender gap, promote gender harmony and symbiosis, progress and development. This research is divided into six parts. The first part is the background and motivation of the study. It mainly discusses the significance of the harmonious development of both sexes in the process of social modernization under the background of constructing a harmonious and democratic society in our country. And proposed from the class this microscopic platform to discuss the gender gap question. The second part summarizes the development of the gender theory and the evolution of the study of "gender difference" in the field of education. In the third part, by combing the main development schools of feminism and the gender theory of its core analysis category, the essence of each school is extracted. The research framework is put forward for the study of gender difference map quality in class day-to-day. Part 4th is the core part of this paper. It mainly adopts the semi-structured interview method, observation method, narrative research method and other qualitative methods of feminist research to carry out field investigation. As the guiding ideology, we select ten stories related to people (teachers, parents, students) (teaching events, classroom participation, class activities, materials, curriculum, environment) that occur in class field. It reflects the influence of the family, society and school education on the gender gap in the class field from different aspects. Part 5th is the part of strategy. According to the problem of class gender gap, this paper analyzes the influence factors of gender gap from the perspective of feminism, and concludes that the main gender difference of class is family, school, and so on. Therefore, we try to optimize the school curriculum and textbooks from the perspective of feminism, pay attention to teacher training, improve the school gender physical environment, change the family gender culture, Narrow the gender gap within the family, and improve the policy mechanism to lead the national gender harmonious development and other views.
