农村留守儿童道德品质教育研究

【摘要】:农村留守儿童的道德品质教育,已成为社会关注的突出问题。虽然已有许多学者围绕这一问题开展了一些有意义的研究,但是笔者认为仍然有进一步深入探讨的必要。在调研中发现,我国农村留守儿童在道德教育方面主要存在这样几个问题:一是道德教育内容滞后,二是道德教育的方法不当,三是师资水平普遍不高。 本文深入分析了形成这些问题的基本原因,首先从家庭方面进行探析,笔者认为父母对农村留守儿童关爱的缺失、留守儿童监护人的监护不力以及家庭中的道德教育者自身道德素养不高,都是造成留守儿童在道德品质方面产生偏差的原因;其次,从学校教育方面来看,学校缺少对留守儿童的特别关注、缺少相应的针对留守儿童的道德教育内容的设置和缺少与留守儿童家庭之间建立有效的沟通与互动;最后,从社会环境的影响这个角度来看,农村不良环境对留守儿童的负面影响严重、留守儿童易受到同龄群体的不良影响与社会中存在的不良大众传媒的报道的影响,这三大方面都是造成留守儿童道德品质教育不尽人意的重要原因。 笔者根据上述原因,提出相应对策以便更好的解决留守儿童在道德品质教育方面存在的问题,具体对策有:第一,,优化家庭道德教育的环境,具体措施有强化父母树立教育意识、改善父母道德教育的方式与方法,加强父母与留守儿童的沟通与交流、提高监护人对留守儿童的道德教育意识;第二,从学校教育的角度来看,具体的措施有转变道德教育观念,强化道德教育责任;开展丰富的道德教育活动;建立留守儿童个人档案,加强与其父母及监护人的沟通与教育;第三,从社会层面来看,具体的措施有优化社会环境、媒体形成正确的舆论导向以及发挥志愿者下乡服务的作用;第四,从政府对留守儿童的保护措施角度来看,具体有加强户籍及相关制度的改革、加大农村教育经费的投入。 本文通过对苏北正红镇部分学校进行调研,根据调研结果进行相应的原因探析,进而提出相应可行性对策,以期为解决该地的农村留守儿童道德品质教育方面存在的问题提供参考。
[Abstract]:The moral quality education of left-behind children in rural areas has become a prominent issue of social concern. Although many scholars have carried out some meaningful research on this issue, However, the author believes that there is still a need for further discussion. In the investigation, it is found that there are several main problems in moral education of rural left-behind children in our country: first, the content of moral education lags behind, the other is the improper method of moral education. Third, the level of teachers is generally not high. This paper deeply analyzes the basic causes of these problems. First of all, from the family aspect, the author thinks that the parents' lack of care for rural left-behind children, The poor guardianship of the left-behind children and the low moral quality of the moral educators in the family are all the reasons for the deviation in the moral quality of the left-behind children. Secondly, from the aspect of school education, Schools lack special attention to left-behind children, lack of corresponding content of moral education for left-behind children and lack of effective communication and interaction with families of left-behind children. Finally, from the perspective of the impact of social environment, The negative influence of the bad rural environment on the left-behind children is serious. The left-behind children are vulnerable to the negative influence of the same age groups and the bad mass media reports in the society. These three aspects are the important reasons for the unsatisfactory moral quality education of left-behind children. According to the above reasons, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to better solve the problems in moral quality education of left-behind children. The specific countermeasures are as follows: first, optimize the environment of family moral education. Specific measures include strengthening parents' awareness of education, improving the ways and methods of parents' moral education, strengthening the communication and communication between parents and left-behind children, and enhancing the guardian's awareness of moral education for left-behind children. From the point of view of school education, the concrete measures include changing the concept of moral education, strengthening the responsibility of moral education, carrying out rich moral education activities, establishing personal files of left-behind children, strengthening communication and education with their parents and guardians; Third, from the social level, the specific measures are to optimize the social environment, the media to form the correct public opinion orientation and play the role of volunteers to rural services; 4th, from the perspective of the government protection measures for left-behind children, Specific to strengthen the reform of household registration and related systems, increase investment in rural education funds. Based on the investigation of some schools in Zhenghong Town in northern Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the reasons according to the results of the investigation, and then puts forward the corresponding feasible countermeasures. In order to solve the problems of moral quality education of rural left-behind children in this area to provide reference.
