初中生情绪管理能力调查研究

【摘要】：情绪管理能力是中学生心理健康发展的重要方面,为了解初中生情绪管理能力的现状,本文采用修订《初中生情绪管理能力问卷》对重庆市丰都县仁沙镇中学301名初中生进行调查。研究发现:初中生情绪管理能力整体状况较好,但内部发展不平衡;初中生情绪管理能力在性别、班级类型和年级上差异显著,总体上女生、重点班学生、初三和初一学生的情绪管理能力分别高于男生、普通班学生、初二年级学生;家庭温馨程度与初中生情绪管理能力成显著正相关。教师和家长应在了解初中生情绪管理发展特点的基础上,有的放矢地开展教育活动。
[Abstract]:Emotional management ability is an important aspect of the development of middle school students' mental health. In order to understand the current situation of junior high school students' emotional management ability,In this paper, 301 junior middle school students in Rensha Town, Fengdu County, Chongqing, were investigated with the revised emotional Management ability questionnaire.The study found that: the overall situation of junior high school students' emotional management ability is good, but the internal development is not balanced, the junior high school students' emotional management ability has significant difference in gender, class type and grade, generally speaking, female students, key class students,The emotional management ability of junior high school students was higher than that of boys, ordinary students and junior high school students, and the degree of family warmth was positively correlated with the emotional management ability of junior high school students.Teachers and parents should carry out educational activities on the basis of understanding the characteristics of emotional management development of junior high school students.
