初中生感恩原因、现状及干预研究

【摘要】：感恩教育，是初中生德育教育的一部分，，同时也对社会主义精神文明建设起着重要作用。感恩的缺失不仅影响初中生自身生活态度和道德修养，从长远看来，也会阻碍社会的进步和发展。因此，了解初中生感恩的原因及感恩现状，给出对策和建议，对初中生人格的完善，以及促进和谐社会建设具有重要意义。本研究在文献综述、访谈、开放式问卷调查基础上，编制了《初中生感恩原因问卷》，并结合此问卷及《初中生感恩品质量表》对重庆4所中学的初中生进行了调查，在此基础上设计并实施了初中生感恩团体心理辅导，得到以下结论：（1）初中生感恩原因问卷包括施恩者特点、事件属性、评价、受恩者体验四个维度，经检验，该问卷具有较好的信、效度。（2）初中生在感恩原因四个维度上的得分由高到低分别为施恩者特点3.94分、事件属性3.24分、受恩者体验2.60分、评价2.51分。（3）初中生感恩品质总体水平较高，具体在感恩认知、感恩父母、感恩自然和感恩他人四个维度上表现出较高的感恩水平。（4）初中生感恩品质在性别、是否独生子女上不存在显著差异，在是否班干部、生源、父母文化程度上存在显著差异。（5）初中生普遍以体谅、做家务和好的成绩来回报父母；以礼貌和遵守纪律来答谢教师；50%以上的学生会互相帮助；对自然的恩赐也能做到一定程度的珍惜与爱护。（6）团体辅导对促进初中生感恩水平，不仅存在即时性效果，而且存在持续性辅导效果。（7）实验组成员在团体辅导中有三方面改变：感恩认知上，明确感恩的积极意义；感恩意愿上，面对他人恩惠懂得感恩、报恩；感恩行为上，感恩水平有所提高。（8）团体辅导对提高初中生感恩水平的疗效因子在于：“和谐的氛围与指导技巧”、“共通-成长说”、“知、情、行相统一”。其中端正感恩认知、激发感恩意愿和促进感恩行为是团体辅导的作用机制所在。
[Abstract]:Thanksgiving education is a part of moral education of junior high school students and plays an important role in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.The lack of gratitude not only affects junior high school students' life attitude and moral accomplishment, but also hinders social progress and development in the long run.Therefore, it is of great significance for junior high school students to understand the reasons and present situation of gratitude, and to give some countermeasures and suggestions to improve junior high school students' personality and promote the construction of harmonious society.On the basis of literature review, interviews and open questionnaires, this study compiled the questionnaire on the causes of gratitude of junior high school students, and investigated the junior high school students in four middle schools in Chongqing with this questionnaire and the quality of Thanksgiving scale of junior high school students.On the basis of this, the author designs and implements the group psychological counseling for junior high school students, and draws the following conclusions:1) the questionnaire of junior high school students' Thanksgiving reasons includes the characteristics of the benefactor, the attribute of the event, the evaluation and the experience of the recipient. After testing, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2) the scores of junior high school students in the four dimensions of Thanksgiving were 3.94 for the benefactor, 3.24 for the event attribute, 2.60 for the recipient and 2.51 for the evaluation.3) the overall level of gratitude quality of junior high school students is higher, which is shown in the four dimensions of gratitude cognition, gratitude parents, gratitude nature and gratitude others.(4) there is no significant difference in the Thanksgiving quality of junior high school students in gender, only child, class cadre, student origin and parents' education level.(5) the junior high school students generally repay their parents with understanding, housework and good grades; more than 50% of teachers help each other with courtesy and discipline; and the natural gifts can be cherished and loved to a certain extent.6) Group tutoring can promote junior high school students' gratitude level, not only has the immediate effect, but also has the continuous tutoring effect.7) the members of the experimental group changed in three aspects in group counseling: knowing the positive significance of gratitude in gratitude cognition; knowing gratitude in the face of others' kindness and gratitude; improving gratitude level in gratitude behavior.The effective factors of group tutoring on improving junior high school students' gratitude level are: "harmonious atmosphere and guiding skills", "common-growth theory", "knowing, feeling, and acting United".Among them, correct gratitude cognition, stimulate gratitude will and promote gratitude behavior are the function mechanism of group counseling.
