教育智慧的四重境界

【摘要】:教育智慧并不神秘与玄虚,实际上,教育智慧就是教师的言行与教学内容、学生特点与教学情境的匹配程度,是教师在特定时空中说了恰当的话、做了合适的事而已。倘若从教师成长的人生轨迹和教育价值实现的程度来看,那么教育智慧至少可分为四重境界:教育见习智慧、教育理性智慧、教育实践智慧与教育信仰智慧。对教育智慧四重境界的阐释,则可以让那些有志追寻教育智慧的教师循着教育智慧之阶梯,渐次抵达教育智慧的最高境界。
[Abstract]:Educational wisdom is not mysterious or mysterious. In fact, it is the teacher's words and deeds and teaching content. The matching degree of students' characteristics and teaching situation is that the teacher has said the right words and done the right thing in the specific time and space. If we look at the life track of teachers' growth and the degree of the realization of educational value, then the wisdom of education can be divided into four levels at least: the wisdom of educational probation, the wisdom of education reason, the wisdom of educational practice and the wisdom of educational belief. The interpretation of the four-fold realm of educational wisdom can enable those teachers who wish to pursue educational wisdom to follow the ladder of educational wisdom and gradually reach the highest level of educational wisdom.
