中西融合构建高校心理危机预防的新模式——国外“自杀守门人培训”的启示

【摘要】：近年来,我国高校由心理危机引发的伤亡事件屡有发生,凸显出高校心理危机干预研究和实践还存在一定的问题。目前西方许多国家实行的"自杀守门人培训"(Suicide GatekeeperTraining),特别是其中的QPR培训,是一种有效的紧急危机预防模式,对我国高校心理健康教育工作具有重要的借鉴意义。应借鉴西方国家高校的"自杀守门人培训"特别是QPR培训,结合我国高校实际,开展本土化的"生命守门人"培训,构建基于"生命守门人"培训的高校危机预防体系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, casualties caused by psychological crisis have occurred frequently in colleges and universities in China, which highlights that there are still some problems in the research and practice of psychological crisis intervention in colleges and universities. At present, the suicide gatekeeper training, especially the QPR training, is an effective emergency crisis prevention model in many western countries, which is of great significance to the mental health education in colleges and universities in our country. We should learn from the "suicide gatekeeper training", especially QPR training in western universities and colleges and universities in our country, carry out local "life gatekeeper" training, and construct a crisis prevention system based on "life gatekeeper" training in colleges and universities.
