【摘要】：正教育部在1999年颁布的《关于加强中小学生心理健康教育的若干意见》中明确指出,中小学生心理健康教育是根据中小学生生理、心理发展特点,运用有关心理教育方法和手段,培养学生良好的心理素质,促进学生身心全面和谐发展和素质全面提高的教育活动。随着我国经济的快速发展,中学生群体中有相当一部分学生存在包括学习、自我、人际关系和社会适应能力等方面的心理行为问题[1]。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》也指出:"应坚持文化知识学习与
[Abstract]:In "some opinions on strengthening Mental Health Education for Primary and Middle School students" promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 1999, it is clearly pointed out that mental health education of primary and middle school students is based on the characteristics of physiological and psychological development of primary and secondary school students. The methods and means of psychological education are used to cultivate the students' good psychological quality and to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of the students' body and mind and the all-round improvement of their quality. With the rapid economic development of our country, there are quite a number of students in the group of middle school students who include learning, self, Psychological and behavioral problems in interpersonal relationships and social adaptation [1]. The outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 also points out: "We should adhere to cultural knowledge learning and cultural knowledge learning."
