大规模考试和学业质量评价

【摘要】：大规模考试和学业质量评价都以测评作为基本工具,手段类似但目的不同。将大规模考试结果用于学业质量评价需要解决考试结果由顺序量表转变为等距量表、不同次考试结果可比、结合考生背景解释考试结果等技术问题。海南省借助中考和高考数据,建立了基于同一能力量表的增值评价体系,对大规模考试进行技术改造,使其结果有效地用于学业质量评价,探索了大规模考试和学业质量评价共赢的途径。
[Abstract]:Large-scale examination and evaluation of academic quality both use evaluation as a basic tool, the means are similar but the purpose is different. It is necessary to solve the technical problems such as changing the test results from the order scale to the equidistant scale when applying the large-scale examination results to the evaluation of academic quality. The results of different examinations are comparable and the examination results are explained in combination with the background of the examinees. Hainan Province has established a value-added evaluation system based on the same competency scale with the help of the data of the middle school entrance examination and the college entrance examination, and has reformed the technology of the large-scale examination so that the results can be effectively applied to the evaluation of academic quality. This paper explores the ways to win-win in large-scale examination and evaluation of academic quality.
