现代师德建设与学校教师管理

【摘要】：师德建设的现代性不仅是师德教育问题,而且与市场经济、学校教师管理模式、教师的资质、教师的地位和待遇以及整体社会环境密切相关。目前,在师德建设方面,学校普遍采取行政化管理模式,由此造成了众多弊端,表现出教师不应有的"消极被动性",这与以爱和创造性为核心的师德涵义渐行渐远。加强现代师德建设,必须着眼于教师管理模式的转变,开发蕴藏在广大教师身上的道德主体意识,即一种体现爱和创造性的师德智慧。
[Abstract]:The modernity of the construction of teacher ethics is not only a problem of teacher ethics education, but also closely related to market economy, school teacher management model, teacher's qualification, teacher's status and treatment as well as the overall social environment. The "passive passivity" is gradually far from the meaning of the teacher's morality at the core of love and creativity. To strengthen the construction of modern teachers' morality, we must focus on the transformation of the mode of teacher management and develop the moral consciousness of the teachers, that is, the wisdom of teachers and morality embodying love and creativity.
