大学生心理健康与归因方式、主观幸福感的相关关系及干预研究

【摘要】:本研究以大学生为研究对象,运用心理健康自评量表(SCL-90)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、多维度-多归因因果量表(MMCS)三个量表,对大学生的心理健康水平现状进行调查,并进一步分析了归因方式、主观幸福感与大学生心理健康水平之间的相关关系及预测关系,在数据研究的基本上对心理健康水平后27%的部分被试进行了OB干预研究,,研究结果如下: (1)大学生心理健康水平现状如下:大学生心理健康水显著低于全国常模水平;大学生在性别比较中差异不显著;不同年级的大学生在心理健康水平的“人际敏感因子”上存在差异;不同专业的大学生在心理健康水平的“焦虑”因子上存在差异;不同生源地的大学生在心理健康水平上没有显示出差异;独生子大学生与非独生子大学生在“人际敏感”和“敌对”因子上存在差异。 (2)大学生归因方式、主观幸福感与心理健康的相关分析结果如下: 大学生归因方式中的“情境归因”、“运气归因”、“能力归因”、“成功归因”与SCL-90都存在显著相关关系; 大学生主观幸福感量表的“对生活的满足和兴趣”、“忧郁或愉快的心境”、“松弛与紧张”因子项得分与SCL-90量表的“焦虑”、“敌对”、“恐怖”、“人际敏感”存在显著负相关; 主观幸福感量表的总分与SCL-90总均分存在正相关; 归因方式对心理健康具有非常显著的预测作用。 (3)OB干预研究结果如下: 实验组与对照组前测数据差异不显著;实验组前测与后测数据差异显著;对照组前测与后测数据差异不显著;实验组与对照组的后测数据差异显著。说明OB对大学生心理健康水平的干预有效。
[Abstract]:In this study, the mental health status of college students was investigated by using three scales: mental Health Self-Rating scale (SCL-90) and General Well-being scale (GWB),) multi-dimensional-multi-attribution causality scale (MMCS). Furthermore, the correlation and prediction between attribution style, subjective well-being and mental health level of college students were analyzed. OB intervention was carried out on 27% of the subjects after the data study. The results are as follows: (1) the present situation of college students' mental health level is as follows: the level of mental health water of college students is significantly lower than the national norm level, the difference of university students in gender comparison is not significant; There are differences in "interpersonal sensitivity factors" in mental health level among different grade students, differences in "anxiety" factors in mental health level among students with different majors. There was no difference in the level of mental health between the students from different places, and there were differences in interpersonal sensitivity and hostility between the only child students and the non-only child students. (2) the attribution style of college students. The results of correlation analysis of subjective well-being and mental health are as follows: "situational attribution", "luck attribution", "ability attribution" and "success attribution" in college students' attributional styles are all significantly related to SCL-90; The scores of subjective Well-being scale (SWB) of college students "satisfaction and interest in life", "melancholy or happy mood", "relaxation and tension" and "anxiety", "hostility", "terror" of SCL-90 scale, There was a significant negative correlation between interpersonal sensitivity and the total score of subjective Well-Being scale and the total average score of SCL-90. Attribution style has a very significant predictive effect on mental health. (3) the results of OB intervention study are as follows: there is no significant difference in pre-test data between experimental group and control group, and significant difference in pre-test and post-test data between experimental group and control group. There was no significant difference between pre-test and post-test data in control group, but significant difference between experimental group and control group. It shows that OB is effective to the mental health level of college students.
