中美义务教育教师绩效工资制度实施状况的共性与个性分析

【摘要】:正一、引言2010年,我国颁布的《国家中长期教育发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》中明确提出,"在义务教育阶段,要加强教师队伍建设,积极落实绩效工资制度",义务教育教师绩效工资制度再度成为热点问题。追根溯源,我国义务教育教师绩效工资制度首次出现于《关于义务教育学校实施绩效工资的指导意见》中,该文件规定:"从2009年1月1日起,对义务教育阶段教
