家校合作的微信支持模式及家长认同度研究

【摘要】：微信已广泛应用于社会大众生活,也逐渐被应用到教育领域。现有微信对家校合作的研究大多停留于实施经验,鲜有对其内部动力机制的探讨。该文选取北京市某小学五年级四个班的家长群(120位家长)为研究样本,实施包含三个维度(新媒体认知、家庭教育信心、媒体认同度)项目组成的问卷调查。问卷分析结果表明:在新媒体认知方面,家长认为新微信在家校合作中发挥着重要的作用;在家教信心方面,家长普遍反映亲子关系较为融洽;在媒体认同度方面,家长认同微信能够帮助他们随时了解学校的事务,还有助于提升学生社会性能力;但不足的是,家校合作的微信支持模式在促进学生学习、问题解决能力等方面效果不显。该文认为,改进家校合作的微信支持模式,应以发展学生核心素养为核心聚焦讨论主题,以教师参与引导等策略来构建模式,增加家长参与的热情,提高家长对合作的满意度。真正好的家校合作,需要家校双方的适当跨界,微信为家校跨界提供了一种便捷途径,但家校双方不能因为技术的支持,而忽略彼此应该承担的教育责任。
[Abstract]:WeChat has been widely used in the life of the public and has been gradually applied to the field of education. This paper selects 120 parents from four classes of grade five in a primary school in Beijing as the research sample, and carries out three dimensions (new media cognition, family education confidence). The results of the questionnaire analysis show that: in the aspect of new media cognition, parents think that new WeChat plays an important role in home-school cooperation; Parents generally report that parent-child relations are more harmonious; in terms of media identity, parental identity WeChat can help them understand school affairs at all times and also help improve students' social ability. The WeChat support model of home-school cooperation is not effective in promoting students' learning and problem-solving ability. This paper holds that the development of students' core literacy should be the core focus of discussion on the WeChat support mode of improving home-school cooperation. To construct the model with the strategies of teacher participation and guidance, to increase the enthusiasm of parents' participation, and to increase the parents' satisfaction with the cooperation. A really good home-school cooperation requires a proper cross-border relationship between home and school. WeChat provides a convenient way for home and school to cross the border, and WeChat provides a convenient way for home and school to cross the border. But home and school should not ignore each other's educational responsibilities because of technical support.
