农村小学全科教师的素质结构探析

【摘要】：农村小学全科教师培养,体现了农村小学教师队伍建设的实践需求,也有国家的政策保障。培养的关键在于明确其素质结构。基于农村小学全科教师的认识和理解,农村小学全科教师的素质结构应该包括师德结构、知识结构和能力结构。具体体现在专业信念、农村情怀、自我成长构成的师德结构;一般文化知识、学科专业知识、教育心理知识构成的知识结构;课程能力、教学能力、管理能力构成的能力结构。完善师德结构、知识结构和能力结构的过程也是农村小学全科教师的成长过程。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of general subject teachers in rural primary schools reflects the practical needs of the construction of rural primary school teachers, and also has the policy guarantee of the country. The key to the cultivation lies in the clear quality structure, based on the understanding and understanding of the teachers in rural primary schools. The quality structure of rural primary school teachers should include teachers' moral structure, knowledge structure and ability structure. The knowledge structure of educational psychological knowledge, the ability structure of curriculum ability, teaching ability and management ability, and the process of perfecting teachers' moral structure, knowledge structure and ability structure are also the growth process of rural primary school teachers.
