“Poker Face”恰恰舞对小学生执行功能影响的实验研究

【摘要】:背景:执行功能是影响儿童身心健康发展一个核心因素,如何有效促进儿童执行功能发展,已成为各方关注的热点问题。越来越多的证据初步表明体育活动可以促进和改善儿童执行功能的发展。体育舞蹈是艺术与体育高度结合,研究发现长期学习体育舞蹈的小学生不仅养成良好性格,健康体魄,而且有利于儿童提高团队意识和合作精神。但是目前以体育舞蹈为体育活动内容对儿童执行功能影响的研究还较少,影响了体育舞蹈作为发展和改善儿童执行功能手段的科学性和实践应用。目的:本研究旨在探讨12周中等强度"Poker Face"恰恰舞运动方案对小学生执行功能的影响,为采用运动手段改善小学生执行功能提供理论和实践基础。并希望借此能让社会大众了解更多恰恰舞对于身心健康的益处,从而能促进恰恰舞更全面地推广以及更好地发展。方法:以'Poker Face"恰恰舞运动为运动干预手段,以执行功能发育关键期小学四年级学生为实验对象,将实验对象分为对照组(25人)、实验组(24人),使用Flanker任务、More-odd shifting任务和1-back任务分别测量被试实验组、后执行功能的抑制、刷新和转换三个子功能的变化。结果:12周中等强度"Poker Face"恰恰舞运动干预使得小学生完成flanker任务的反应时F(1,49)=0.14;p=0.700.05说明无显著性差异;但是,小学生完成more-odd shifting任务的反应时F(1,49)=0.58;p=0.450.05说明无显著性差异,而完成正确率p=0.000.01说明有显著性差异;小学生完成1-back任务的反应时F(1,49)=7.78:p=0.0080.05说明有显著性差异。结论:12周中等强度"Poker Face"恰恰舞干预的小学生在执行功能任务测试(flanker、 1-back以及nore-odd shifting任务)上的表现要比没有经过运动干预的小学生的表现要好。12周中等强度"Poker Face"'恰恰舞运动对小学生执行功能的三个维度(抑制、刷新和转换)产生了选择性的积极影响。研究结果表明12周中等强度"Poker Face";恰恰舞运动可以作为一种改善和提高执行功能的干预手段,为采用"Poker Face"恰恰舞运动干预方案促进小学生执行功能的发展提供理论和实践基础。
[Abstract]:Background: executive function is a core factor affecting the development of children's physical and mental health. How to effectively promote the development of children's executive function, More and more evidence shows that sports activities can promote and improve the development of children's executive function. Sports dance is a highly integrated art and sports, The study found that pupils who learn sports dance for a long time not only develop a good personality, but also have a healthy physique. But at present, there are few studies on the effect of sports dance on children's executive function. This study has affected the scientific nature and practical application of sports dance as a means to develop and improve the executive function of children. Objective: the purpose of this study was to explore the effect of the 12-week moderate intensity "Poker Face" cha cha dance program on the executive function of primary school students. To provide a theoretical and practical basis for improving the executive function of primary school students by means of sports. It is hoped that this will enable the public to learn more about the benefits of cha-cha dancing for physical and mental health. Therefore, it can promote more comprehensive promotion and better development of cha-cha dance. Methods: taking the cha-cha dance movement as the exercise intervention method, the fourth grade students of primary school in the critical period of executive function development were taken as the experimental objects. The subjects were divided into two groups: control group (n = 25) and experimental group (n = 24). The inhibition of executive function was measured by Flanker task, Moreodd shifting task and 1-back task, respectively. The changes of the three sub-functions were refreshed and converted. Results there was no significant difference in the response of pupils to the completion of the flanker task by the intervention of the moderate intensity "Poker Face" at 12 weeks; however, there was no significant difference in the response of the pupils to the completion of the flanker task. There was no significant difference in the response time of primary school students to more-odd shifting task, but there was significant difference in the correct rate of completion (p 0.000.01). The responses of pupils to the 1-back task were significantly different from 7.78: p0. 0080.05.Conclusion pupils with moderate "Poker Face" intervention at 12 weeks were more likely to perform on the functional task tests (flankerker, 1-back and nore-odd shifting tasks) than those who did not. The middle intensity of "Poker Face" at 12 weeks after intervention was better than the other three dimensions (inhibition) of the performing function of the cha-cha dance movement. The results of the study showed that 12 weeks of moderate intensity "Poker Face"; cha-cha dance can be used as an intervention to improve and enhance executive function. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for promoting the development of executive function of primary school students by the intervention scheme of "Poker Face" cha-cha dance.
