小学生课后托管课程的构建——基于一名美国小学生课后活动的启示

【摘要】:随着我国社会变迁的加剧与基础教育改革的发展,小学生的课后托管成为当下社会普遍关注的民生问题,成为基础教育的一个难题。构建科学合理的小学生课后托管课程是解决此问题的一个核心与关键。为此,以一名美国小学生的课后活动主题为例进行微观分析,启示我国小学生课后托管课程需针对家庭教育、学校教育及社会教育三个层面,构建具有互补性的托管课程目标,形成丰富多元的托管课程内容,构建多样化的托管课程实施途径,以形成"三基一体"的课后托管课程体系,且针对不同的课后托管结构明确相应的制度规范是其基本保障。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of social changes and the development of basic education reform in China, the after-school trusteeship of primary school students has become a popular concern of the people's livelihood. Building a scientific and reasonable after-school trusteeship curriculum is a core and key to solve this problem. Therefore, taking the theme of after-school activities of a primary school student in the United States as an example, the micro-analysis is carried out. It is suggested that the after-school trusteeship curriculum of primary school students in our country should aim at family education, school education and social education, and construct complementary trusteeship curriculum objectives to form rich and diversified trusteeship curriculum contents. It is the basic guarantee to construct diversified ways of implementing the trusteeship curriculum in order to form the "three bases" after-school trusteeship curriculum system, and to define the corresponding institutional norms for different after-school trusteeship structures.
