西部地区小学教师培训需求分析——以宁夏为例

【摘要】：随着"中小学教师国家级培训计划"的实施,西部地区小学教师从专业理念到专业知识和专业能力都有相应的提升,但在职业认同、专业理念、教育教学和沟通合作方面还存在差异,在情绪调节和学生认知方面还存在不足。为了满足小学教师的培训需求,应从培训内容、培训对象、培训原则和培训方式四个方面进行调整,构建需求导向的小学教师培训机制。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the National training Program for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, primary school teachers in the western region have been promoted from professional concept to professional knowledge and professional ability, but in professional identity, professional concept, In order to meet the training needs of primary school teachers, we should focus on the training content and the training target, in order to meet the training needs of primary school teachers, there are still differences in education and teaching and communication and cooperation, and there are still shortcomings in emotion regulation and students' cognition. Four aspects of training principles and training methods are adjusted to build a demand-oriented primary school teacher training mechanism.
