小学体育“翻转课堂”教学模式设计与应用研究

【摘要】:翻转课堂是教育教学改革探索的新成果,在体育教学领域引入“翻转课堂”教学模式,对于促进体育教学改革和提升体育教学质量具有重要的价值与意义。本文在文献资料研究、专家访谈研究的基础上,构建符合小学生身心特点和体育教学规律的翻转课堂教学模式,界定翻转课堂的内涵、研究翻转课堂的阶段划分、研究翻转课堂的操作方法,然后通过问卷调查、实验研究等,对小学体育翻转课堂教学模式进行验证,根据验证结果修订完善小学体育教学翻转课堂模式,最后得出结论并提出促进小学体育翻转课堂模式设计与应用的建议。研究得出的主要结论为:(1)体育翻转课堂是指依托现代教育技术,塑造学生自主、个性学习和锻炼的环境,将技能认知和模仿翻转到课前、将技能的改进与提高翻转到课上进行的体育课程教学模式。(2)小学体育翻转课堂教学模式,具有显著的主动性、互动性、多元性和实用性特点。(3)小学体育翻转课堂教学模式的设计,可以划分为课前预习阶段、课上练习阶段和课后衔接阶段。(4)实验证明学生愿意参与体育翻转课堂,并且得到了家长的支持,实施翻转课堂有利于增长学生的兴趣。(5)实施翻转体育课堂后,实验班和对照班相比小学生身高、体重身体形态未产生显著的变化,体育翻转课堂对学生的身体素质产生了显著的影响。坐位体前屈评分在实验前后未能体现出显著的差异性。(6)实施体育翻转课堂教学模式以后,学生体育锻炼的意识提高,学生更愿意参加体育锻炼,学生每天体育锻炼的时间基本得到保障。根据上述结论,研究建议:适时在小学体育教学中积极引入翻转课堂教学模式。精心设计体育微课,稳固体育翻转课堂的基础。科学组织课上练习,建立针对性强、互动性优的体育翻转课程。合理安排体育作业,做好翻转课堂课后衔接。加强互动沟通,形成学校、家庭和社区学生体育一体化工作制度。完善管理制度,保障体育翻转课堂开展。积极开展教师培训,提升体育翻转课堂实施效率。
[Abstract]:Flipping classroom is a new achievement of educational reform and exploration. The "flipping classroom" teaching mode is introduced in the field of physical education. It is of great value and significance to promote the reform of physical education teaching and improve the quality of physical education teaching. This paper constructs a flipping classroom teaching model which accords with the physical and mental characteristics of pupils and the law of physical education teaching, defines the connotation of the flipping classroom, studies the division of the stages of the flipping classroom, studies the operation methods of the flipping classroom, and then through questionnaire investigation, experimental research, etc. The flipping classroom teaching mode of primary school physical education is verified, and the flipping classroom model of primary school physical education teaching is revised and perfected according to the result of the verification. Finally, the author draws a conclusion and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the design and application of the flipping classroom mode of physical education in primary school. The main conclusion of the study is that the turnover classroom of physical education refers to the environment in which students can learn and exercise independently, individually, depending on modern educational technology. Flipping skills cognition and imitation into class, turning the improvement and improvement of skills into the physical education teaching mode carried out in class. (2) flipping the classroom teaching mode of physical education in primary school has remarkable initiative and interactivity. The design of physical education flipping classroom teaching mode in primary school can be divided into pre-class preparation stage, class practice stage and after-class convergence stage. The experiment proves that the students are willing to participate in the physical education flipping class, the experiment proves that the students are willing to participate in the physical education flipping class. And with the support of parents, the implementation of flipping class is beneficial to increase students' interest. After the implementation of flipping physical education class, the experimental class and the control class have no significant changes in height and body shape compared with the control class. Physical education flipping class has a significant effect on students' physical fitness. The scores of sitting position and flexion can not reflect the significant difference before and after the experiment. 6) after the implementation of the physical education flipping classroom teaching model, the students' awareness of physical exercise has been improved. Students are more willing to take part in physical exercise, and the time of daily physical exercise is basically guaranteed. According to the above conclusions, the study suggests that the flipping classroom teaching mode should be actively introduced in primary school physical education at the right time, and the microcourse of physical education should be carefully designed. Scientific organization of practice in class, establishment of a highly targeted and interactive sports flipping course, reasonable arrangement of sports homework, good after-class cohesion, strengthening interactive communication, forming a school, Family and community student sports integration system. Improve the management system to ensure the development of sports flipping classroom, actively develop teacher training, improve the efficiency of sports flipping classroom implementation.
