农村小学住宿生安全管理研究

【摘要】：随着农村义务教育的普及以及农村小学点的撤并,山区农村小学住宿制学校越来越多,它已经成为农村地区一种普遍的基础办学模式。农村小学住宿制学校的存在在一定程度上有利于教育资源的优化配置,但从实际来看,农村小学住宿制学校也暴露出来不少现实问题,其中校园安全问题就日益突出。农村小学住宿制学校由于山路崎岖,交通不便等客观的原因,从而导致安全事故频发。所以,笔者在此基础上认真详细的考察了国内外农村小学住宿制学校产生的历史背景和发展历程,并以河北省保定市涞源县5所具有代表性的农村住宿制小学为调查对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法和访谈法,调查农村小学住宿制学校的安全管理现状,并系统分析校园安全管理中存在的原因,提出切合实际的解决措施。在上述思路上,全文分4个章节阐述讨论。第1章:绪论。包括问题的提出、研究的目的和意义、相关概念的界定及研究的方法和思路。第2章:调查。通过对5所学校安全管理进行调查,结合调查所反映的信息,对学校安全管理现状进行描述。第3章:存在的问题及分析。结合现状描述,找出存在的问题来自学校、家庭、学生和所处环境四个方面。第4章:解决方法措施。针对5所学校安全管理中的问题,从而进一步提出加强农村小学住宿制学校建设的政策与建议。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of compulsory education in rural areas and the withdrawal of rural primary schools, there are more and more residential schools in rural primary schools in mountainous areas. It has become a universal basic mode of running schools in rural areas. The existence of residential schools in rural primary schools is beneficial to the optimal allocation of educational resources to some extent, but from the practical point of view, There are also many practical problems exposed in the residential schools of rural primary schools, among which the problem of campus safety is becoming increasingly prominent. Because of the rugged mountain roads and inconvenient transportation and other objective reasons, the residential schools in rural primary schools often suffer from safety accidents. On this basis, the author makes a careful and detailed investigation of the historical background and development process of the residential system schools in rural primary schools at home and abroad, and takes five representative rural residential primary schools in Laiyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province as the object of investigation. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, observation and interview, this paper investigates the present situation of the safety management of the residential schools in rural primary schools, and systematically analyzes the reasons for the safety management in the campus. The paper is divided into four chapters to elaborate the discussion. Chapter 1: introduction, including the question, the purpose and significance of the study, Chapter 2: investigation. Through the investigation of 5 schools safety management, combined with the information reflected in the survey, Chapter 3: existing problems and analysis. Combined with the description of the current situation, find out the existing problems from schools, families, Chapter 4: measures to solve the problems in the safety management of 5 schools, so as to put forward the policies and suggestions to strengthen the construction of residential schools in rural primary schools.
