广西农村小学校长课程领导力研究

【摘要】:课程领导力作为义务教育阶段校长专业标准的重要纬度,在校长的专业发展中起着极其重要的作用,并且决定着学校课程领导的顺利实现。本文着重从农村小学校长课程领导力角度出发,在梳理相关研究的基础上,深入农村实际对小学校长进行访谈和问卷调查。在调查中,发现在有的地方做的比较好:对自我角色有正确认知;大多数校长认同课程领导作为一种专业行为;在课程领导中发挥了一定的引领作用等。当然,目前不少农村小学的校长在课程领导上也存在以下问题:课程领导的意识出现偏差;课程领导知识的匮乏;课程领导的实施失当;课程环境创设力的欠缺;课程的监控评价力不强;课程的开发力不足等,这些极大地阻碍着小学校长课程领导水平的提高,同时也制约着新课改的顺利实施。基于此,本文找出导致问题出现的包括教育制度层面、自身方面、校内外支持环境等方面的原因,在新课改如火如荼进行的教育大背景下,小学校长不得不面对许多复杂而又严峻的挑战,怎样帮助其理性地审视当前的教育形势,并运用科学的方法增强课程领导力,是本研究一直探究的目标和任务。根据上述问题及原因的出现,本文列举了相关的提升策略:主要从加强学习反思,提升课程准确理解力、加强课程组织的开发力、增强课程指导执行力、加大课程监控评价力、提高课程环境创设力等几方面进行改进。目前在教育实践中,不少农村小学的校长对课程领导的有关知识了解不足,不具备领导学校课程开发与改革的理论基础。这极大地阻碍着小学校长课程领导水平的提高,同时也制约着新课革的顺利实施。校长课程领导力的研究涉及的领域包含多方面和多层次内容,需要我们不断地进行发现和探究。
[Abstract]:As an important aspect of the professional standards of principals in compulsory education, curriculum leadership plays an extremely important role in the professional development of principals. And it determines the successful realization of school curriculum leadership. This paper focuses on the perspective of curriculum leadership of rural primary school principals, on the basis of combing relevant research, in-depth interviews and questionnaires of primary school principals in rural areas. In the investigation, It is found that in some places it is better to have a correct understanding of self-role; most principals recognize curriculum leadership as a professional behavior; they play a leading role in curriculum leadership. Of course, At present, the principals of many rural primary schools also have the following problems in curriculum leadership: the consciousness of curriculum leadership deviates; the lack of curriculum leadership knowledge; the implementation of curriculum leadership is improper; the lack of curriculum environment; The ability of curriculum monitoring and evaluation is not strong, the ability of curriculum development is insufficient, which greatly hinders the improvement of the curriculum leadership level of primary school principals, and also restricts the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform. In this paper, we find out the causes of the problems, including the level of the education system, its own aspects, the supporting environment inside and outside the school, and so on, under the background of the new curriculum reform in full swing. Primary school principals have to face many complex and severe challenges, how to help them to examine the current educational situation rationally and to use scientific methods to enhance curriculum leadership. According to the above problems and the emergence of the reasons, this paper enumerates the relevant promotion strategies: mainly from strengthening the learning reflection, enhancing the curriculum understanding, strengthening the development ability of the curriculum organization, Strengthening the executive power of curriculum guidance, strengthening the ability of curriculum monitoring and evaluation, improving the ability of creating curriculum environment, etc. At present, in educational practice, many principals in rural primary schools do not know enough about the relevant knowledge of curriculum leadership. It has no theoretical foundation for curriculum development and reform in leading schools. This greatly hinders the improvement of curriculum leadership level of primary school principals. At the same time, it also restricts the smooth implementation of the new curriculum.
