上海市语文特级教师高永娟的教师专业成长个案研究

【摘要】:本文选择从个案的角度来研究教育名家的专业成长历程,以上海市语文特级教师高永娟作为研究对象,对其在小学语文教育教学探索方面以及自身教师专业成长进行了分析与总结,分析了高永娟的语文教学特色,归纳了影响高永娟的教师专业成长的主要因素,最后全面总结了高永娟的教师专业成长带给我们的启示,旨在发挥名师的专业示范和引领作用。本论文共分为四章:第一章绪论部分,通过文献分析,系统综述国内外学者关于教师专业发展的研究成果,分析出研究教师专业成长是未来研究教育教学的新趋势。第二章从高永娟的代表课例分析出其课堂教学的基本特征;从教材和教法两个方面归纳了高永娟课堂教学案例的创新之处。第三章详细探讨了高永娟的小学语文中高年级阅读教学特色。第四章首先从纵向的角度回顾高永娟的教师专业成长历程,将其教师专业发展过程大致分为适应阶段、发展阶段、创新阶段三个阶段,并分别进行了阐述。其次分析了影响高永娟的教师专业成长的内外因素,并了提出了高永娟的教师专业发展带给我们的启示。
[Abstract]:This paper chooses to study the professional growth process of famous educators from the perspective of individual cases, taking Gao Yongjuan, a senior Chinese teacher in Shanghai, as the object of study. This paper analyzes and summarizes the exploration of primary school Chinese teaching and its teachers' professional growth, analyzes Gao Yongjuan's Chinese teaching characteristics, and sums up the main factors that affect Gao Yongjuan's teacher professional growth. Finally, it summarizes the enlightenment of Gao Yongjuan's teacher professional growth, aiming at giving play to the professional demonstration and leading role of famous teachers. This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, through the literature analysis, This paper systematically summarizes the research results of teachers' professional development at home and abroad, and analyzes that the research on teachers' professional growth is the new trend of future research education and teaching. Chapter two analyzes the basic characteristics of Gao Yongjuan's classroom teaching from Gao Yongjuan's representative lesson examples. This paper sums up the innovation of Gao Yongjuan's classroom teaching cases from two aspects of teaching materials and teaching methods. Chapter 3 discusses the characteristics of Gao Yongjuan's reading teaching in the middle and senior grade of primary Chinese in detail. Chapter 4 reviews Gao Yongjuan's reading teaching from a vertical angle. Juan's professional development of teachers, The process of teacher professional development is divided into three stages: adaptation stage, development stage and innovation stage. Secondly, it analyzes the internal and external factors that affect Gao Yongjuan's teacher professional growth. And has proposed Gao Yongjuan's teacher professional development to us the enlightenment.
