小学高年级学生日常交往存在的问题及管理对策研究

【摘要】:当今社会是一个有强烈交往意识,信息万变的社会。社会越发展,社会联系就越广泛,对人交往素质的要求就越高。随着社会的快速发展,交往能力已经被视为一种生存的能力,被纳入未来人才的必备素质之一。小学生作为新时代的主人一定要具备良好的交往能力。然而在当今中国社会金钱至上、价值多元的大背景下,小学生在日常交往过程中也往往表现出功利性。尤其对于现在的小学生而言,由于他们的家庭经济条件比较优越,独生子女比例大,所处的社会环境比较复杂,因而体现出日常交往能力的欠缺,所以对小学高年级学生日常交往能力的研究很有必要。本文通过对小学高年级学生日常交往的现状进行研究,发现其中存在的一些问题,并对这些问题进行归因分析后提出相应的管理对策。本文以小学高年级学生为研究对象,主要采用文献法、访谈法和问卷调查法,按照小学高年级学生日常交往的目的、日常交往的方式、日常交往的态度、日常交往的能力、日常交往的对象这五个维度,对4所学校的340人进行问卷调查,并对5名老师和7名学生进行访谈和交流,从多个侧面研究小学生日常交往的现状。本文一共分为五个部分,第一部分是前言,包括问题的提出,研究的意义、研究的理论基础、国内外研究综述以及概念界定;第二部分是研究方法;第三部分是研究过程,包括研究结果及分析、小学高年级学生日常交往存在的问题及原因分析;第四部分是小学高年级学生日常交往存在问题的解决策略;第五部分是结论。笔者希望本文的研究能为改善小学高年级学生日常交往现状提供一些借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Today's society is a society with strong communication consciousness and changing information. The more the society develops, the more extensive the social contact is, and the higher the quality of human communication is. With the rapid development of society, the ability of communication has been regarded as a kind of survival ability, which is one of the essential qualities of talents in the future. Primary school students as the master of the new era must have a good ability to communicate. However, under the background of money supremacy and multivariate value, primary school students often show utilitarian in their daily communication. Especially for today's primary school students, because of their superior family economic conditions, large proportion of only children, and more complicated social environment, this reflects the lack of their ability to communicate with each other on a daily basis. Therefore, it is necessary to study the ability of daily communication of senior students in primary school. Based on the study of the current situation of daily communication among senior students in primary school, this paper finds out some problems, and puts forward some corresponding management countermeasures after analyzing the attribution of these problems. This article takes the primary school senior student as the research object, mainly uses the literature method, the interview method and the questionnaire survey method, according to the primary school senior student's daily communication goal, the daily communication manner, the daily communication attitude, the daily communication ability. In the five dimensions of daily communication, 340 students in 4 schools were investigated by questionnaire, 5 teachers and 7 students were interviewed and exchanged, and the current situation of daily communication among pupils was studied from many aspects. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the preface, including the question raised, the significance of the study, the theoretical basis of the study, the domestic and foreign research overview and the definition of the concept; the second part is the research method; the third part is the research process. Including the research results and analysis, the problems and causes of the daily communication of the senior primary school students; the fourth part is the solution of the problems of the daily communication of the senior primary school students; the fifth part is the conclusion. The author hopes that this study can provide some reference for improving the daily communication of primary school students.
