小学校长职业动机与学生成就关系研究——基于学生认同感与参与度的视角

【摘要】:本研究运用问卷和访谈的方法,从校长领导力和学生成就维度对校长职业动机(career motivation)与学生参与度(engagement)之间的关系进行研究。研究发现,在校长内在职业动机强的学校,学生的认同感(identification)和参与度(participation)较高。其中,管理与领导理念、学校文化、教师质量、处理学生关系的方式等可能是二者的中介变量。研究表明,内在职业动机对学生认同感与参与度有积极影响,通过合理方式选拔校长对提升学生认同感与参与度有益。为此,须采取相应措施激励校长的内在职业动机,以促进其对学生的积极影响。
[Abstract]:In this study, the relationship between the principal's career motivation (career motivation) and student participation was studied from the aspects of principal leadership and student achievement by means of questionnaires and interviews. The study found that students' identity and participation were higher in schools with high internal professional motivation. Among them, management and leadership concept, school culture, teacher quality, the way of dealing with student relations may be the intermediary variables of the two. The study shows that the intrinsic professional motivation has a positive effect on the students' identity and participation, and the selection of the principal in a reasonable way is beneficial to the promotion of the students' identity and participation. Therefore, the corresponding measures should be taken to encourage the principal's internal professional motivation in order to promote its positive influence on the students.
