指向学生核心素养发展的课程建构与变革——基于史家教育集团课程建设的研究

【摘要】：课程是促进学生健康成长的重要支持,是学校内涵发展的核心竞争力。但在实践中,学校课程发展与建设仍存在诸多问题,如重知识传授,轻个性培育;学科本位课程观导致学科育人效能割裂;课程资源整合和内化不足,缺少家庭与社区的参与。致力于多样性与选择性、开放性与个性化的课程改革方向,史家教育集团提出了"无边界"课程的设计理念,即突破线条育人的边界、突破符号学习的边界、突破单向度成长的边界。基于学生核心素养的发展和"无边界"的课程理念,史家教育集团课程建设的具体举措是:调整课程结构、创新课程管理;基于整体建构,分类实施课程。
[Abstract]:Curriculum is an important support to promote the healthy growth of students, is the core competitiveness of the development of the school connotation. However, in practice, there are still many problems in the development and construction of school curriculum, such as attaching importance to knowledge imparting, neglecting the cultivation of personality; subject-oriented curriculum view leads to the separation of discipline education efficacy; insufficient integration and internalization of curriculum resources; lack of family and community participation. Committed to the direction of curriculum reform of diversity and selectivity, openness and individuation, the historian Education Group put forward the design concept of "boundless" curriculum, that is, breaking through the boundary of line education, breaking through the boundary of symbolic learning. Break through the boundary of unidirectional growth. Based on the development of students' core literacy and the idea of "no boundaries", the concrete measures of curriculum construction of Shijia Education Group are as follows: adjusting curriculum structure, innovating curriculum management, implementing curriculum according to the whole construction and classification.
