寄宿制小学住校生校园生活现状及管理对策研究

【摘要】:在全面了解大连市进步小学(寄宿制小学)住校生校园生活现状的基础上,以进步小学住校生作为研究对象,采用实地走访,问卷调查、访谈、文献综述、统计分析等方法,全面了解寄宿制小学住校生校园的生活现状,分别从寄宿制小学住校生的学习现状、基本生活现状、活动现状和交往现状这几个方面进行研究调查,对其存在的问题进行分析,我们了解到寄宿制小学学生的课业负担重,学习时间长。在生活方面学生的吃、住条件有待提高,在本次研究中我们还发现寄宿制小学的住校生缺少父母的关爱,在校时想家情绪严重。在活动方面,住校生的业余生活不够丰富,生活单调乏味。结合住校生的校园生活存在的问题提出建议,加强校园的文化建设,为住校生提供更加丰富的校园文化,合理分配住校生的学习和生活,保证住校生生活的完整性。建立和谐的师生关系,学校做好住校生的心理辅导工作,让住校生在校能感受到像家一样的温暖,同时也要培养学生间兄妹般的情感。提高食堂和宿舍的建设与管理,提高学生的生活质量让学生吃的安心,住的舒心。校园安全也是寄宿制小学最关注的问题,做好安全教育,更要建立完善的安全制度,常排查,拒绝安全隐患。关注家庭教育的重要性,宣传正确的家庭教育方式,选择适合住校生与父母的联系方式,让住校生时刻感受到爱。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the living conditions of the students in Dalian Progressive Primary School (boarding Primary School), taking the students of the progressive primary school as the research object, the methods of field visit, questionnaire survey, interview, literature review, statistical analysis and so on are adopted. Comprehensive understanding of the living conditions of boarding primary school students on campus, respectively from the boarding primary school students' learning status, basic living conditions, activities and communication status of these aspects of research investigation, and analysis of its existing problems, We understand that boarding primary school students have a heavy workload and long study time. In the aspect of living, the living conditions of students need to be improved. In this study, we also found that boarding primary school students lack the care of their parents, and homesickness is serious at school. In terms of activities, the amateur life of resident students is not rich enough, and life is monotonous. Combining with the problems existing in the campus life of the resident students, this paper puts forward some suggestions, strengthens the cultural construction of the campus, provides more abundant campus culture for the resident students, reasonably distributes the study and life of the resident students, and guarantees the integrality of the students' life. To establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship, the school should do a good job of psychological guidance for residential students, so that students in school can feel like home warmth, but also to cultivate the sibling feelings among students. Improve the building and management of canteens and dormitories, improve the quality of life for students to eat comfort, comfortable living. Campus safety is also the most concerned problem in boarding primary schools. Pay attention to the importance of family education, propagandize the correct family education method, choose the right contact method between the students and their parents, let the students feel love at all times.
