深圳市光明新区实验学校课外体育活动开展现状的调查研究

【摘要】：随着经济与社会的快速发展,人们的生活质量得到了提高。但近几年来国家对学生体质健康测试的结果显示：虽然青少年儿童的营养状况得到了提升,但各年龄阶段学生的身体素质水平普遍下降,青少年的身体素质状况存在严重问题。为探究这种现象存在的原因,本文通过对深圳市光明新区实验学校小学生课外体育活动的开展现状进行调查研究,对存在的问题针对性地提出相应策略。本文运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法,从多角度对深圳市光明新区实验学校小学生课外体育活动开展现状及存在的问题进行调查和研究。调查结果显示学校能够按时按计划举行各种形式比赛,定时开展体育俱乐部活动；小学生对课外体育活动的兴趣较高,对参加课外活动动机的认识较合理；小学生体育活动以跑步和羽毛球为主,每天能以中等强度坚持30-60分钟的体育锻炼活动。存在的问题有：课外体育活动人数较少,项目单一、技能技巧性不强；社区体育活动组织人员欠缺；学生学习负担重无时间活动；缺少运动的伙伴：学校场地器材种类单一、不能满足小学生参加课外活动的需求、运动氛围欠缺等。针对存在的问题提出以下建议：学校要举行多层次的体育比赛,开展适合不同性别学生的体育项目,拓宽活动范围；加强社区体育组织人员的培训,鼓励社区定时集中时间开展针对小学生的体育活动；制定并出台对社会投资者的相关政策,扩大体育投资的渠道,改善体育的基础设施；
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, people's quality of life has been improved. But in recent years, the results of the national physical health test show that, although the nutritional status of adolescents and children has been improved, the level of physical fitness of students of all ages has generally decreased, and there are serious problems in the physical fitness of adolescents. In order to explore the causes of this phenomenon, this paper investigates the present situation of extracurricular sports activities of pupils in Shenzhen Guangming New District Experimental School, and puts forward corresponding strategies for the existing problems. By means of questionnaire, literature, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, the present situation and existing problems of extracurricular sports activities of pupils in Shenzhen Guangming New District Experimental School are investigated and studied from various angles. The results of the investigation show that the school can hold various kinds of competitions according to the plan on time and carry out sports club activities regularly. Pupils have a higher interest in extracurricular sports activities and reasonable understanding of their motivation to participate in extracurricular activities. Primary school students' sports activities are mainly running and badminton. They can persist in 30-60 minutes of physical exercise with moderate intensity every day. The problems are: small number of extracurricular sports activities, single project, lack of skilled skills; lack of community sports organization personnel; heavy learning burden of students without time activities; lack of sports partners; single type of school venues and equipment; Can not meet the needs of pupils to participate in extracurricular activities, lack of sports atmosphere and so on. In view of the existing problems, the following suggestions are put forward: schools should hold multi-level sports competitions, carry out sports items suitable for students of different genders, widen the scope of activities, and strengthen the training of community sports organization personnel. Encourage the community to regularly concentrate time to carry out sports activities for primary school students; formulate and introduce relevant policies for social investors, expand the channels of sports investment, improve sports infrastructure;
