【摘要】：从多个层面和角度满足教师的内在需要,是学校和学校管理者的责任和义务,本文从满足教师的归属感、找到自重感、找到控制感探讨了实现教师内在需要的策略和途径,从而在学校形成激发深层次需要的机制。
[Abstract]:It is the responsibility and duty of school and school administrators to satisfy teachers' internal needs from many aspects and angles.
