基于个案的小学生综合素质评价研究

【摘要】：近年来,中小学生综合素质评价问题引起了社会的普遍关注。作为一种全面衡量学生发展状况的新评价机制,综合素质评价对全面实施素质教育、深入推进基础教育课程变革、改进学校教育教学质量、促进学生全面成长与发展具有重要意义。本文在系统阐述学生综合素质评价相关理论和概念的基础上,以大学城人民小学为例,来探讨当前小学生综合素质评价改革的实践问题。本研究主要包括以下几个部分:第一部分:绪论。首先确定本次研究所要研究的问题,通过大量的文献资料的收集、分析,明确此次研究的目的、意义、内容及研究方法。第二部分:小学生综合素质评价的理论研究。首先是奠定理论基础,论述人的全面发展学说、多元智能理论、发展性评价理论;其次对小学生综合素质评价内涵的界定;最后对小学生综合素质评价的原则与方法进行论述。第三部分:基于个案的小学生综合素质评价研究。这一部分是本文的重点,首先是对大学城人民小学小学生综合素质评价方案制定背景的论述,课程整合、四商教育理念以及学生综合素质现状的调查都为综合素质评价方案的制定提供了良好的平台,其次,在此平台基础上,学校制定了现行的评价方案。第四部分:小学生综合素质评价评价方案的反思与建议。主要论述了两个问题:第一,小学生综合素质评价中存在的问题的反思;第二,小学生综合素质评价的建议。第五部分:结论。通过探索新课改背景下小学生综合素质评价理论与实践的研究,促进新课程改革的进程;改善传统的教育评价理论体系;寻求发展性评价的理论机制,丰富教育的综合素质评价理论,为小学生综合素质评价实践提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary and middle school students has aroused widespread concern in the society. As a new evaluation mechanism to measure the development of students in an all-round way, comprehensive quality evaluation is helpful to carry out quality-oriented education, promote the reform of basic education curriculum, and improve the quality of school education and teaching. It is of great significance to promote the overall growth and development of students. On the basis of systematically expounding the relevant theories and concepts of the comprehensive quality evaluation of students, this paper takes the people's primary school in the university town as an example to discuss the practical problems in the reform of the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students at present. This research mainly includes the following parts: the first part: introduction. Firstly, the research aims, significance, contents and research methods are defined through the collection and analysis of a large amount of literature. The second part: the theoretical research on the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students. The first is to lay the theoretical foundation, to discuss the theory of human comprehensive development, the theory of multiple intelligences, the theory of developmental evaluation; secondly, to define the connotation of the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students; finally, to discuss the principles and methods of the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students. The third part: the case-based comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students. This part is the focus of this paper, first of all, the discussion on the background of the comprehensive quality evaluation program for primary school students in the people's City of China, the curriculum integration, The concept of four commercial education and the investigation of the present situation of students' comprehensive quality all provide a good platform for the formulation of comprehensive quality evaluation scheme. Secondly, on the basis of this platform, the school has formulated the current evaluation scheme. The fourth part: the reflection and suggestion of the evaluation scheme of pupils' comprehensive quality. This paper mainly discusses two problems: first, the reflection on the problems existing in the evaluation of pupils' comprehensive quality, and secondly, the suggestions of the evaluation of pupils' comprehensive quality. Part V: conclusion. By exploring the theory and practice of the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students under the background of the new curriculum reform, we can promote the process of the new curriculum reform, improve the traditional educational evaluation theory system, and seek the theoretical mechanism of the developmental evaluation. The theory of comprehensive quality evaluation in education can be used for reference in the practice of comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students.
