教师科研素养培育探析——以海南省部分小学英语教师为例

【摘要】：教师专业化发展要求教师积极进行教育科学研究,同时具有科研意识与科研能力也是新型教师的一个重要特征。笔者以海南省部分小学英语教师,尤其农村小学英语教师科研素养现状调查为基础,发现其在思想意识、理论素养、科研方法上存在的一系列问题,由此提出要强化科研动机,加强行动研究,完善校本研究的对策,以提高教师的科研素养。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional development requires teachers to actively carry out educational scientific research, and it is also an important feature of new teachers to have scientific research consciousness and scientific research ability. Based on the investigation of the present situation of the scientific research literacy of some primary school English teachers in Hainan Province, especially the rural primary school English teachers, the author finds out a series of problems in their ideological consciousness, theoretical literacy and scientific research methods, and puts forward that the motivation for scientific research should be strengthened. Strengthen the action research, perfect the countermeasure of the school-based research, in order to improve the teachers' scientific research accomplishment.
