小学语文教师教学计划决策及其优化研究

【摘要】:语文新课程改革理念促使教师角色由教学的忠实“执行者”向教学“决策者”转变。教师作为教学决策者,其教学活动的过程也就是教师教学决策的过程,教师的教学决策按时间可以划分为教学计划决策、教学互动决策和教师评价决策。同时,这三部分也构成了教师教学决策的内容。教师的教学计划决策可能是外显行为上书写地详细的计划方案,也可能只是思维过程中内隐的判断与选择。单独考察教师的教学计划决策对整个教学决策过程有着特殊的意义,有效的教学计划决策推动着课堂教学的有效性,是有效教学的前提。语文课程性质的多元性赋予小学语文教师教师在教学计划决策时更大的空间,对小学语文教师的教学计划决策进行深入探讨,才能从本质上促进教师教学计划决策的不断优化。本论文以小学语文学科为研究切入点,对教师的教学计划决策进行细致研究。主要采用的研究方法包括文献分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法。在已有的研究理论的基础上,自行编制了小学语文教师教学计划决策现状调查问卷,结合访谈,对贵州省内8所小学的部分语文教师展开调查研究,旨在了解小学语文教师教学计划决策的现状,以及影响教师教学计划决策的因素。分析教学计划决策中存在的问题,最终提出优化的具体路径,以提高小学语文教师的教学计划决策水平。本研究主要从以下五个部分展开:第一部分为绪论。该部分分析了本研究的研究缘由,文章接着概述了研究目的与意义、研究的思路与方法以及国内外研究综述,并对现有研究进行述评。第二部分是小学语文教师教学计划决策的研究基础,主要内容包括小学语文教师教学计划决策的概念界定,以及与其易混淆相关概念的辨析;研究的相关理论基础;小学语文教师教学计划决策的要素及其特征的分析。第三部分是关于小学语文教师教学计划决策的现状调查与分析,从教师对教学计划决策的态度、教学计划决策的过程、形式、反思这四个方面编制问卷并结合访谈展开调查;得出小学语文教师教学计划决策的实践样态并总结目前小学语文教师教学计划决策现状中存在的问题。第四部分主要是基于对教师的开放性访谈结合问卷调查,分析影响小学语文教师教学计划决策的因素,从教师自身的个性因素和外在的共性因素两个方面进行探讨。第五部分是探讨小学语文教师教学计划决策的优化路径,从新课程理念倡导教师成为课程资源的开发者和学校赋予教师教学计划决策的空间为优化的先行条件,提出了关于教师教学计划决策的具体优化路径:提升教师教学计划决策自主意识、完善教师教学计划决策知识体系、充实教师教学计划决策的能力基础、践行有效的教学计划决策过程。最后一部分的总结,分析了本研究的不足,及其以后进一步的研究的展望。
[Abstract]:The idea of the new curriculum reform of Chinese makes the teacher's role change from the faithful "executor" to the "decision maker". As a decision maker, the process of teachers' teaching activities is the process of teachers' teaching decision-making. According to the time, teachers' teaching decisions can be divided into teaching planning decisions, teaching interactive decisions and teacher evaluation decisions. At the same time, these three parts also constitute the content of teacher's teaching decision. The teacher's teaching plan decision may be a detailed plan written on explicit behavior, or it may be an implicit judgment and choice in the course of thinking. It is of special significance for the whole process of teaching decision to investigate the teacher's teaching planning decision separately. Effective teaching plan decision promotes the effectiveness of classroom teaching and is the premise of effective teaching. The pluralistic nature of Chinese curriculum gives primary school Chinese teachers more space when they make decisions on teaching plans. Only by deeply discussing the decision-making of teaching plans of primary school Chinese teachers, can we promote the continuous optimization of teachers' teaching planning decisions in essence. This paper takes primary school Chinese as the starting point to study the teacher's teaching plan decision. The main research methods include literature analysis, questionnaire and interview. On the basis of the existing research theories, the author has compiled the questionnaire of the present situation of Chinese teachers' teaching plan decision in primary schools, and conducted an investigation and research on some Chinese teachers in 8 primary schools in Guizhou Province combined with interviews. The purpose of this paper is to understand the present situation of teaching plan decision of Chinese teachers in primary school and the factors influencing it. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the decision making of teaching plan, and finally puts forward the concrete path of optimization in order to improve the level of decision making of the teaching plan of primary school Chinese teachers. This research mainly starts from the following five parts: the first part is the introduction. This part analyzes the research reasons of this study, and then summarizes the purpose and significance of the research, research ideas and methods, as well as domestic and foreign research review, and reviews the existing research. The second part is the research foundation of the primary school Chinese teacher's teaching plan decision, including the definition of the primary school Chinese teacher's teaching plan decision, and the discrimination and analysis of the related concepts, the relevant theoretical basis of the research. The analysis of the elements and characteristics of the primary school Chinese teachers' teaching plan decision. The third part is about the primary school Chinese teacher teaching plan decision-making present situation investigation and analysis, from the teacher's attitude to the teaching plan decision, the teaching plan decision-making process, the form, the reflection these four aspects to compile the questionnaire and unifies the interview to carry on the investigation; The paper draws the practice pattern of the primary school Chinese teachers' teaching plan decision and summarizes the problems existing in the present situation of the primary school Chinese teachers' teaching plan decision. The fourth part is mainly based on the open interview to the teachers combined with the questionnaire analysis of the impact of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching planning decision-making factors from the teachers' own personality factors and external common factors to explore two aspects. The fifth part is to probe into the optimized path of the primary school Chinese teachers' teaching plan decision, from the new curriculum idea to advocate the teacher to become the developer of the curriculum resources and the space that the school gives to the teacher's teaching plan decision as the prerequisite condition of the optimization. This paper puts forward the specific optimization path of teacher's teaching plan decision: to enhance teachers' consciousness of decision independence, to perfect the knowledge system of teachers' teaching plan decision, and to enrich the ability base of teacher's teaching plan decision. Practice effective teaching planning decision-making process. The last part of the summary, analysis of the shortcomings of this study, and the prospects for further research.
