黑龙江省农村小学体育课程引入毽球项目的可行性研究

【摘要】:百年大计,当以教育为本,在教育环节中,小学的基础教育当属于是重中之重,也是日后在初高中以及大学的学习过程中获得理想成绩的奠基石。面对二十一世纪国际的竞争,中国的教育别无选择。毛主席曾说过:“身体才是革命的本钱”。目前小学生的身体素质状况正在逐年下滑,增强学生们的体质是目前刻不容缓的任务。习近平主席在2015年提出发展中国传统文化这一新理论的大方向。优秀的传统体育活动,能够深刻的体现民族传统文化的特点,如果能够在小学体育课堂开展民族传统体育项目,不但能够弘扬我国民族传统文化,同时也能对目前小学体育课程环境进行相应的改善。黑龙江省位于中国的最北部,教育、医疗等必需条件相比沿海城市较为落后,且黑龙江省是以农业为主的大省,农业人口占比较高,黑龙江省农村小学以及乡村中心小学,是由一些乡县所管辖,学校的资源、课程设置、环境以及相关的配套设置较差,其九年义务教育就是为了配合我国的教育普及政策,农村小学生的身体素质直接能够影响我国农村基层的国民体质健康水平。中共中央国务院《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中提到:根据农村小学的相关需要,对体育课程的工作需要有针对性的加强,不要盲目,全面的落实《全民健身计划纲要》也是为了我国实现全面小康社会打下一个坚实的基础。针对农村以及乡镇这种没有优越条件的小学更应该大力扶持,对增强小学生们的体质以及促进社会的发展有着深刻的意义。本文是随机抽取黑龙江省6个代表城市:哈尔滨、齐齐哈尔、佳木斯、鹤岗、牡丹江、绥化下辖的一些县、乡地区具有代表性的农村小学为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法分别对研究对象中的农村小学中的课程设置、体育课程内容、毽球教学以及练习情况进行调查与分析。对毽球项目加入小学体育课程中的可行性进行调查。分析并总结出黑龙江省农村小学体育课程实施方面的存在问题,并针对农村小学体育教学特点提出相应对策与建议。毽球本身有着健康、娱乐、竞技与教育的相关特点,并且造价成本低,对于场地与人员方面的要求不高,在小学体育课程中属于较为安全的一项体育活动,通过调查,毽球项目适合在一些体育配套设施不完善的小学开展,对于学生们的身体素质以及身心发展起到了促进与提高的作用。建议:1.农村小学在教师方面应该增加体育教师的数量。同时还应该将男女教师的性别比例分布均匀,改善结构,将授课的合理性提高上来。2.农村小学的体育教师数量较少,且教师专业结构与专项技能较为单一,不具有多样性,不能适时的符合学生们对于体育课程的需求,只有提高学生们的需求,这样才能够从根本上促进学生们的全方面发展。3.将体育教师的工资待遇相应的提高上来,这样才能够提高教师的工作热情与动力,同时还应该改善农村小学的体育课程教学环境。4.将体育教师的授课能力提高上来,适时的增加一些学生较为感兴趣的课程内容,将单一的授课局面进行改善,提高课程的授课质量,增强学生们的上课兴趣。5.全面的提高农村小学体育教师的学历结构,督促将教师局限的运动项目进行深一步学习,并学会接受别的体育项目,建议当教育部门对学校的器材、设施以及教师待遇进行相应的提高,适当的给一些体育老师外出学习的机会,进步一提高农村小学的素质教育。
[Abstract]:In the course of education, the basic education of primary school belongs to the top priority in the education link. It is also the cornerstone of achieving ideal results in the learning process of early and high school and University in the future. Facing the international competition in twenty-first Century, China's education has no choice. Chairman Mao once said: "the body is the capital of revolution." At present, the physical quality of primary school students is declining year by year. It is an urgent task to strengthen the students' physique at present. President Xi Jinping put forward the big direction of the new theory of developing Chinese traditional culture in 2015. Excellent traditional sports activities can deeply reflect the characteristics of national traditional culture, if it can be in primary school sports. The development of traditional national sports in the classroom can not only carry forward our national traditional culture, but also improve the environment of primary school physical education at the same time. Heilongjiang is located in the north of China, education, medical treatment and other necessary conditions are relatively backward compared to the coastal cities, and Heilongjiang province is a major province with agriculture as the major, agricultural population. The rural primary school and the Central Primary School in Heilongjiang province are under the jurisdiction of some township counties. The resources of the schools, the curriculum, the environment and the relevant supporting settings are poor. The nine year compulsory education is to cooperate with the education popularization policy of our country. The physical quality of the rural primary school pupils can directly affect the country's rural grass-roots countries. The state and the State Council of the Communist Party of China, the State Council of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of China, the decision on deepening the overall promotion of quality education in the deepening of educational reform, mentioned that according to the relevant needs of rural primary schools, the need for the work of Physical Education should be strengthened, not blind, and the overall implementation of the program of national fitness program is also for the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way in China. The primary schools, which have no superior conditions in rural areas and towns, should be supported more vigorously to enhance the physical fitness of the pupils and promote the development of the society. This article is a random sampling of the 6 representative cities of Heilongjiang Province: Harbin, Qigihar, Jiamusi, Hegang, Mudanjiang, Suihua. In some counties and rural areas, the representative rural primary school is the research object. The literature method, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics are used to investigate and analyze the course setting, the content of sports courses, the shuttlecock teaching and the practice in the rural primary schools, and the shuttlecock project is added to the primary school sports. The feasibility of the course is investigated. The existing problems in the implementation of sports curriculum in rural primary schools in Heilongjiang province are analyzed and summarized, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the characteristics of physical education in rural primary schools. The shuttlecock itself has the characteristics of health, entertainment, competition and education, and the cost is low, for the field and personnel. The requirement is not high, in the primary school physical education curriculum is a relatively safe sports activities, through the investigation, shuttlecock project is suitable for some imperfect sports facilities in primary schools, for students' physical quality and physical and mental development has played a role in promoting and improving. 1. rural primary schools should increase physical education in teachers. At the same time, the gender proportion of teachers should be evenly distributed, the structure is improved, and the rationality of the teaching should be improved. The number of PE teachers in.2. rural primary schools is less, and the professional structure and special skills of the teachers are relatively simple, and they are not diverse, and can not meet the students' demand for physical education in a timely manner and only improve. The needs of the students can fundamentally promote the development of the students in all aspects of the development of.3. to improve the wages of PE teachers accordingly. In this way, the enthusiasm and motivation of the teachers can be improved. At the same time, the teaching environment of physical education in rural primary schools should be improved by.4.. Some students are more interested in the course content, improve the single lesson situation, improve the teaching quality of the course, enhance the students' interest in class.5., improve the educational structure of the rural primary school physical education teachers in an all-round way, urge the teachers' limited sports projects to carry on further study, and learn to accept other sports. It is suggested that the education department should improve the equipment, facilities and teachers' treatment of the school accordingly, and give appropriate opportunities for some sports teachers to go out to study, and improve the quality education of the rural primary schools.
