小学教师课堂控制策略研究

【摘要】：课堂控制是教师为实现课堂教学目标,对学生行为进行有意识引导、约束和调整的过程。小学教师课堂控制存在"知高行低"、相关知识与技能的习得缺乏系统支持的问题,初任教师与成熟教师也各存在不足之处。促进小学教师课堂控制科学化需要做好职前职后教育一体化,切实关注初任教师成长困境与成熟教师的职业懈怠;教师应创建和谐的课堂教学氛围,对学生因材施以合适的课堂控制策略,理论与实践结合。
[Abstract]:Classroom control is a process in which teachers consciously guide, restrain and adjust students' behavior in order to achieve classroom teaching goals. There are some problems in classroom control of primary school teachers, such as "knowing high, doing low", lack of systematic support for the acquisition of relevant knowledge and skills, and the shortcomings of both new and mature teachers. To promote the scientific classroom control of primary school teachers, it is necessary to integrate pre-service and post-service education, pay close attention to the difficulties of the growth of new teachers and the professional slack of mature teachers, and create a harmonious classroom teaching atmosphere. Apply appropriate classroom control strategies to students, combining theory with practice.
