武汉市东湖高新区部分小学跆拳道开展现状的调查研究

【摘要】:随着跆拳道在我国的普及和推广以及我国跆拳道运动员在奥运史上获得的成就,跆拳道被我国列入了“奥运争光计划”和全民健身计划当中。为贯彻全民健身计划以及实施《体育与健康课程标准》全面推进素质教育改革,许多学校开始将其引入校园,促进学校体育的发展。跆拳道运动具有独特的内外兼修特质,契合小学生的身体和心理发展特点,研究学校跆拳道开展现状对促进跆拳道运动的发展有着十分重大的意义,在一定程度上带动了学校体育的发展,创新了体育课内容。本文以武汉市东湖高新区部分小学跆拳道开展现状的调查为研究对象,主要采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法对武汉市东湖高新区部分小学跆拳道开展现状进行调查分析,得出如下结论:1、武汉市东湖高新区部分小学跆拳道教师年轻化,学历层次为本科,但全部为男教师,没有跆拳道女教师;教学中相关专业培训机会较少,教学内容缺乏创新,平时以网络学习跆拳道相关内容为主。2、大部分学生对跆拳道项目十分了解,并且基于对跆拳道的项目特点参与了跆拳道学习,并且参加比赛的积极性比较强,同时了解到学生最喜欢练习的跆拳道内容是拳法和腿法,其次是实战。3、武汉市东湖高新区部分小学跆拳道的开设形式多数以兴趣班为主,课的形式不同课时设置不同。跆拳道学习过程中绝大多数感觉非常快乐,训练后感到身心舒爽的较多,其次是感觉自信心增强。4、武汉市东湖高新区部分小学跆拳道运动的场地多数是在室内其它的体育馆内,基本上能正常的进行教学,但稳定的专业化训练场地缺乏,不能充分满足学生参与跆拳道运动的要求,影响跆拳道运动的全面开展。从而提出以下结论:1、领导转变办学理念,切实实践素质教育内涵2、制定相关政策,加强宣传,推行跆拳道项目发展3、正视学生需求,考虑性别差异,精巧设计教学内容4、加强跆拳道专业教师队伍建设5、增加资金投入,完善场地设施条件6、以比赛促发展,加强学校间交流,提升整体影响力
[Abstract]:With the popularization and popularization of taekwondo in our country and the achievements of Chinese taekwondo athletes in the Olympic history, taekwondo has been included in the "Olympic project of winning honor" and the national fitness plan. In order to carry out the National Fitness Program and carry out the Curriculum Standard of physical Education and Health, many schools began to introduce it into the campus to promote the development of school physical education. The taekwondo sport has the unique inside and outside and the training characteristic, suits the elementary school student's physical and psychological development characteristic, studies the school taekwondo development present situation to promote the taekwondo movement development has the very great significance. To some extent, it promotes the development of school physical education and innovates the content of physical education. Based on the investigation of taekwondo in some primary schools in Donghu High-tech Zone of Wuhan City, this paper mainly adopts the method of literature and questionnaire. Interviews and mathematical statistics are used to investigate and analyze the present situation of taekwondo development in some primary schools in Donghu High-tech Zone of Wuhan. The conclusions are as follows: 1, Taekwondo teachers of some primary schools in Donghu High-tech Zone of Wuhan City are younger and their education levels are undergraduate. However, all of them are male teachers, and there are no female Taekwondo teachers. There are fewer training opportunities for relevant majors and lack of innovation in the teaching content in the teaching. Usually, most students are familiar with taekwondo projects because they mainly study taekwondo related contents on the Internet. And based on the project characteristics of taekwondo participated in taekwondo learning, and the enthusiasm to participate in the competition is relatively strong, at the same time learned that students like to practice Taekwondo content is boxing and leg method, The second is actual combat. 3. Taekwondo in some primary schools in Donghu Hi-tech Zone of Wuhan is mainly set up in interest classes and different classes are set up in different hours. The vast majority of taekwondo students feel very happy during their study, and most of them feel comfortable after training, followed by a feeling of increased self-confidence .4. most of the Taekwondo sports venues of some primary schools in the East Lake High-tech Zone of Wuhan City are located in other indoor gymnasiums. Basically can carry on the teaching normally, but the stable specialized training ground lacks, cannot fully satisfy the student to participate in the taekwondo movement request, affects the taekwondo movement to carry out comprehensively. The following conclusions are put forward as follows: 1. The leadership should change the concept of running a school, practice the connotation of quality education 2, formulate relevant policies, strengthen propaganda, carry out the development of taekwondo project 3, face up to the needs of students and consider gender differences. Elaborate design of teaching content 4, strengthen Taekwondo professional teacher team building 5, increase capital investment, improve the site facilities 6, promote the development of competition, strengthen the exchange between schools, enhance the overall impact
