校外体育微活动实施策略运用研究

【摘要】：近几年的学生身体素质的连续下降已是很现实的问题,针对这一问题,我们进行了具体的原因分析,考虑到仅做好学校内部的体育教学和大课间活动还不够,要争取到校外的时间,加以利用。于是,提出了"基于学生需要的校外体育微活动实施策略研究"的课题,我们着眼于本校的实际和学生的需要,采取六大实施策略进行研究与实践。策略一:校外体育微活动与课堂体育教学相结合;策略二:设置切实可行的校外体育微活动内容;策略三:建立练习反馈与评价机制,保障锻炼成果;策略四:营造校内外一体的体育文化氛围;策略五:为学生搭建展示的平台,创造施展的舞台;策略六:让家长成为校外体育微活动实施的主体。
[Abstract]:The continuous decline in the physical fitness of students in recent years has been a very realistic problem. In view of this problem, we have made a specific analysis of the reasons, considering that it is not enough to do well in physical education and large class activities within the school. We should buy time out of school and make use of it. Therefore, we put forward the topic of "implementation strategy research of extracurricular sports micro-activities based on the needs of students". We focus on the actual situation of our school and the needs of students, and adopt six implementation strategies to carry out research and practice. Strategy 1: combination of extracurricular sports microactivities and classroom physical education; Strategy 2: setting up practical content of extracurricular sports microactivities; Strategy 3: establishing practice feedback and evaluation mechanism to ensure exercise results; Strategy four: construct the sports culture atmosphere inside and outside the school; Strategy five: build the display platform for the students, create the stage of development; Strategy six: let the parents become the main body of the implementation of the micro-sports activities outside the school.
