小学创客教育发展策略研究

【摘要】:创客教育是近年来随着“创客”理念深入中国社会后,与社会教育事业相融合的产物,也是创客运动在教育领域的进一步具体化。当前,在国内“大众创业、万众创新”的国家战略背景之下,针对传统教育无法有效培养小学生动手能力与创造能力的困境,小学创客教育应运而生。它在鼓励小学生独立思考、合作探究的基础上,倡导以学生兴趣为核心的项目化、数字化、团队化学习模式,最终达到小学生问题解决与团队合作能力的全面提升。近些年来,我国一些发达地区的中小学校在经历了各种创客教育实践的广泛探索之后,也发现了诸如教师资源有限、内涵理解不足、教育体系不完善、教育理念普及有限等各种现实问题。当然,出现这些问题的关键原因还是国内中小学仅仅是盲目照搬一些高校,甚至是社会教育机构的成功经验,而普遍缺乏针对自身特点的创客教育中长期发展策略设计。鉴于此,本研究从国内小学创客教育的整体发展策略设计出发,通过分析当前小学创客教育存在的主要问题,展开原因分析,并提出有针对性的发展策略建议。具体而言,本研究重点提出了四项小学创客教育发展策略:(1)建立丰富的创客教师培训资源体系,挖掘学校传统教师资源,建立健全专任创客教师评价机制,以解决创客教育师资不足的问题。(2)树立“在创造中学习”、“注重创新意识培养”和“创客教育为先,创客为辅”等创客教育观,以纠正创客教育实践中存在的盲目跟风、缺乏特色等理念问题。(3)建立完善的创客教育课程体系,进而明确其与传统课程的有效融合,以提高学校自身的创客教育水平。(4)充实校园创客文化氛围,依托校园创客平台和教师的创意方案,以提高小学生的创客活动参与度。总之,当前国内的小学创客教育是在“大众创业、万众创新”的国家战略背景之下兴起的基础教育发展新方向。它不仅有利于儿童在探究和解决问题的过程中形成独立思考与团队合作的能力,而且也可以为新时期儿童素质教育发展提供必要的思路借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as the concept of "creating guest" has penetrated into the Chinese society, it is the product of the integration of social education and education, and it is also the further concretization of the creation and guest movement in the field of education. At present, under the national strategic background of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", aiming at the dilemma that traditional education can not effectively train pupils' practical ability and creative ability, the creation education of primary school emerges as the times require. On the basis of encouraging pupils to think independently and cooperate to explore, it advocates project-based, digital and team learning mode with students' interest as the core, and finally achieves the overall improvement of pupils' problem-solving and team cooperation ability. In recent years, primary and secondary schools in some developed areas of our country have experienced extensive exploration of various educational practices of creators, but also found such as limited teacher resources, inadequate understanding of connotation, imperfect educational system. Limited popularity of educational ideas and other practical problems. Of course, the key reason for these problems is that domestic primary and secondary schools only blindly copy the successful experience of some colleges and universities, or even social education institutions, and generally lack of long-term development strategy design of creative education according to their own characteristics. In view of this, this research proceeds from the overall development strategy design of the domestic primary school creators education, through the analysis of the main problems existing in the current primary school guest education, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward the targeted development strategy suggestions. In particular, this study puts forward four development strategies of primary school creative education: (1) to establish a rich system of teacher training resources, to excavate traditional school teachers' resources, and to establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of full-time creators. To solve the problem of shortage of teachers in creative-guest education, we should set up such educational concepts as "learning in creation", "paying attention to the cultivation of creative consciousness" and "creating guest education first, creating guest as auxiliary" in order to correct the blindly following the trend in the practice of creative-oriented education. Lack of characteristics and other concept problems. 3) establish a perfect curriculum system of creative-guest education, and then make clear its effective integration with the traditional curriculum, in order to improve the level of creative-guest education in schools. 4) enrich the cultural atmosphere of creating visitors on campus. Relying on the campus guest-creating platform and the creative plan of teachers, to improve the participation of primary school students. In a word, the current primary education is a new direction for the development of basic education under the background of the national strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation". It is not only helpful for children to form the ability of independent thinking and teamwork in the process of exploring and solving problems, but also can provide necessary ideas for the development of children's quality education in the new period.
