南昌市城区小学大课间体育活动研究

【摘要】:大课间体育活动是九十年代在传统课间操基础上蓬勃发展起来的一种新的学校体育活动组织形式,它既不是我们过去理解的课外体育活动,也不是我们所认为的课间操,而是一种活动内容丰富,组织形式灵活,锻炼强度适宜,对促进学生身心健康发展具有重要作用的体育活动。伴随着基础教育体育课程改革的全面推进和课程理论向纵深方向发展,在实践过程中,人们逐步加深对大课间体育活动的认识,大课间体育活动教育作用也尤为明显。大课间体育活动作用是非常全面的,除了具有调节紧张学习、满足学生身心健康发展的需要外还可培养学生的社交、社会适应能力、完善人格、培养创新能力、审美意识和团结协作精神以及养成锻炼身体的良好习惯,同时还可以通过师生共同锻炼增进感情,增加了解,提高师生工作和学习的效率。所以,针对大课间活动如此多的功能,教育者们更应该抓住大课间特有功能,进一步促进学校体育的发展,促进师生身体素质的全面发展。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对南昌市六城区小学大课间体育活动的研究调查,认为南昌市大课间体育活动在开展过程中也存在一定的问题,现将研究结论呈现如下:1.南昌市六城区小学体育教师师资力量不足,体育教师中男教师多女教师少,性别比例偏差较大;教师年龄结构较为乐观,青年教师较多;体育教师学历方面本科生居多,占了一半以上的比例;体育教师工作负荷较大,体育教师的人数与学生人数不成正比,教师配备较为缺乏,已经超出了国家规定的教学量标准。2.南昌市六城区小学体育设施设备较为落后,场地质量不高,不能刺激学生参与体育锻炼的兴趣;体育器材室缺乏专业的器材管理人员,造成器材陈旧落后,损失和流失都比较严重。3.大课间体育活动的内容选择呈现多样性趋势,但体育游戏、篮球、眼保健操、广播体操依然是小学大课间体育活动的主要内容,学生最喜爱的大课间体育活动也基本与目前南昌市开展的大课间体育活动保持一致。4.学校行政领导对大课间体育活动的开展并没积极参与其中,主要是在体育教师和班主任的共同参与和指导下进行体育大课间活动者居多。5.南昌市六城区小学生对体育大课间活动的参与动机有外部动机和内部动机,学生对大课间体育活动的参与主要来源于掌握运动技能和强身健体,内部动机大于外部动机。6.从体育教师对大课间体育活动的动机、认知、态度上来看,体育教师认识到大课间体育活动的重要性,但在实际操作和组织上内部动机不足,主要是因为学校管理或职责要求使然。
[Abstract]:Large-class sports activities are a new form of school sports organized on the basis of traditional exercises in the 1990s. They are neither extracurricular sports activities that we used to understand nor what we think of as class exercises. It is a kind of sports activity which is rich in content, flexible in organization form, suitable in intensity of exercise, and plays an important role in promoting the development of students' physical and mental health. With the comprehensive promotion of the basic education physical education curriculum reform and the development of curriculum theory in depth, in the process of practice, people gradually deepen the understanding of the physical activities between classes, and the role of physical education activities between classes is particularly obvious. In addition to regulating intensive learning and meeting the needs of students' physical and mental development, it can also cultivate students' social and social adaptability, improve their personality, and cultivate their innovative ability. The aesthetic consciousness, the spirit of unity and cooperation, and the good habit of exercising the body can also be used to enhance the emotion, increase the understanding and improve the efficiency of the work and study of the teachers and students through the joint exercise of teachers and students. Therefore, in view of so many functions of large class activities, educators should grasp the special function of big class, further promote the development of school physical education, and promote the overall development of teachers and students' physical quality. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis are used to investigate the physical activities in primary schools in six urban areas of Nanchang. It is believed that there are some problems in the process of developing the great class sports activities in Nanchang City, and the research conclusions are as follows: 1. Physical education teachers of primary schools in Liucheng District of Nanchang City are short of teachers, male teachers are more than female teachers, and the sex ratio deviation is larger; the age structure of teachers is more optimistic, and the number of young teachers is more than that of young teachers. The number of physical education teachers is not proportional to the number of students, and the teacher is lack of teaching, which has exceeded the national standard of teaching quantity. 2. The physical facilities of primary schools in Liucheng District of Nanchang City are relatively backward, the quality of the venues is not high, and they cannot stimulate the students' interest in participating in physical exercise. The lack of professional equipment management personnel in the sports equipment room causes the equipment to be obsolete and backward. Loss and loss are more serious. The content selection of major class sports activities shows a trend of diversity, but sports games, basketball, eye exercises, and radio gymnastics are still the main contents of the major sports activities in primary schools. Students' favorite major class sports activities are basically in line with the current Nanchang City to carry out large class sports activities. 4. 4. The school administrative leaders did not take an active part in the development of sports activities between classes, mainly under the joint participation and guidance of physical education teachers and class teachers. There are external and internal motivations for primary school students to participate in large class sports activities in Nanchang City. The participation of students in large class sports activities mainly comes from mastering sports skills and strengthening physical fitness, and the internal motivation is greater than that of external motivation .6. From the point of view of the motivation, cognition and attitude of PE teachers, the PE teachers realize the importance of the PE activities during the large recess, but the internal motivation is insufficient in practical operation and organization. Mainly because of school management or responsibility requirements.
