中芬现行小学母语课程标准比较研究

【摘要】:为了抢占国际竞争与发展的先机,大部分国家在二十世纪末酝酿并启动了旨在培养未来人才的基础教育课程改革。尽管不同国家的基础教育课程改革都基于不同国情而开展,课程改革举措不尽相同,但是所有国家都处于一个同样的时代,也面临着几乎同样的机遇和挑战。文章通过对中国义务教育语文课程标准(2011年版)》和芬兰《基础教育国家核心课程2004》的分析与比较,从而取长补短,对我国课程标准的进一步发展奉献绵薄之力。通过梳理我国《义务教育语文课程标准(2011年版)》和芬兰《基础教育国家核心课程2004》,翻译并整理了芬兰《基础教育国家核心课程2004》,对中芬两国现行小学母语课程标准进行对比研究,取长补短,相互借鉴。绪论部分,主要对收集到的国内外中芬现行小学母语课程标准的研究及其研究现状进行了整理和综述,并介绍了本文的研究方法。第一章中主要对中芬现行小学母语课程标准研制背景进行了分析与比较,发现芬兰重视学生对计算机和互联网的使用,芬兰现行小学母语课程标准渗透着对媒体素养的重视,注重培养学生信息检索、整理的能力,培养信息时代下学生应具备的基本能力。第二到四章中芬现行小学母语课程标准分析与比较是本文的重点,主要包括三大内容,即中芬现行小学母语课程标准总体框架和价值取向的分析与比较;中芬现行小学母语课程目标的分析与比较;中芬现行小学母语课程标准中关于评价建议的分析与比较。通过比较发现,芬兰课程标准内容具体、多样化;芬兰评价建议融合信息技术;芬兰评价体系完善,操作性强。两国课标都突出了对阅读技能的重视;中国课程标准评价建议突出汉语特色;两国评价体系都体现了课程评价的整体性和综合性原则。因此,本文在反思与借鉴部分提出,我国语文课程标准应该重视三点:课程内容应进一步具体化;课程目标应加强对媒体素养的关注;尝试制定多样化的课程标准,以适应学生之间的差异。追随社会的发展、时代的变迁,课程改革的步伐将越发矫健,课程标准的改革亦任重道远。只有在保持特色的基础上,不断的吸取别国课程标准改革的精华,我国课程标准才能在改革的道路上越走越远。
[Abstract]:In order to seize the opportunity of international competition and development, most countries in the end of the 20th century conceived and launched the basic education curriculum reform aimed at training future talents. Although the curriculum reform of basic education in different countries is based on different national conditions and the measures of curriculum reform are different, all countries are in the same era and face almost the same opportunities and challenges. Through the analysis and comparison of the Chinese Curriculum Standard of compulsory Education in China (2011 edition) and the National Core Curriculum of basic Education in Finland (2004), the article draws on the weakness of each other and contributes a little to the further development of the curriculum standard of our country. By combing the Chinese Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education (2011 Edition) and Finland's National Core Curriculum for basic Education (2004), the author translated and sorted out Finland's National Core Curriculum for basic Education (2004). This paper makes a comparative study of the current mother tongue curriculum standards in primary schools between China and Finland, drawing on each other's strengths and learning from each other. In the introduction part, the author summarizes the current research and research status of the current primary school mother tongue curriculum standards at home and abroad, and introduces the research methods of this paper. In the first chapter, the author analyzes and compares the background of the development of Chinese and Finnish primary school mother tongue curriculum standards, and finds that Finland attaches importance to the use of computers and the Internet by students, and Finnish primary school mother tongue curriculum standards permeate the emphasis on media literacy. Emphasis should be placed on cultivating students' ability of information retrieval and collation and the basic abilities of students in the information age. In the second to fourth chapters, the analysis and comparison of the current mother tongue curriculum standards of primary schools in China and Finland is the focus of this paper, including three main contents, namely, the analysis and comparison of the general framework and value orientation of the current primary school mother tongue curriculum standards in China and Finland; The analysis and comparison of the objectives of mother tongue curriculum in primary schools in China and Finland, and the analysis and comparison of the evaluation recommendations in the current curriculum standards of mother tongue in primary schools in China and Finland. Through comparison, it is found that the Finnish curriculum standard is concrete and diversified; the Finnish evaluation proposal is integrated with information technology; the Finnish evaluation system is perfect, and the operation is strong. The curriculum standards of both countries emphasize the importance of reading skills; the evaluation of Chinese curriculum standards highlights the characteristics of Chinese; the evaluation system of both countries embodies the integrity and comprehensive principles of curriculum evaluation. Therefore, in the part of reflection and reference, this paper puts forward that the Chinese curriculum standards in China should pay attention to three points: the curriculum content should be further concretized, the curriculum objectives should strengthen the attention to the media literacy; Try to develop a variety of curriculum standards to adapt to the differences between students. With the development of society and the change of times, the pace of curriculum reform will become more and more vigorous, and the reform of curriculum standards will have a long way to go. Only on the basis of maintaining characteristics and absorbing the essence of other countries' curriculum standard reform, can our curriculum standard go further and further on the road of reform.
