延吉市小学校长培训问题与对策研究

【摘要】:本文主要探讨了延吉市小学校长专业发展与校长培训的关系。2013年2月颁布的《义务教育学校校长专业标准》对小学校长专业理解、专业知识、专业能力提出了新要求:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》也明确强调加强校长培训,促进校长专业化,提高校长管理水平,严格教师资质,提升教师素质。促进校长专业发展,使校长逐步达到专业标准,必须要有良好的制度建设和校长培训工作,校长培训作为提升校长专业发展的重要平台,培训的质量和效果也越来越受到广泛关注,这使对小学校长培训工作提出了更高的要求。本文通过校长成长规律基本理论、学校效能理论、校长专业发展理论、人力资源开发理论,运用文献法、问卷法和访谈的方法进行研究,以延吉市城区与乡镇小学校长为研究对象,通过发放自编调查问卷《延吉市小学校长培训问题与对策研究调查》,主要研究小学校长专业发展现状;小学校长培训现状;小学校长专业发展与校长培训之间的关系,通过研究结论表明,提出有效提高小学校长培训的对策。通过对调查研究结果的分析与讨论,本研究最终形成以下四个结论:(1)小学校长专业发展处于较好水平,但在规划学校发展、营造育人文化、领导课程教学等方面需要进一步提升乡镇小学校长的专业发展;(2)小学校长对校长培训管理、培训评价、培训方式、培训内容等方面满意度处在一般水平,培训的方式满足不了乡镇小学校长的需求;(3)小学校长培训对小学校长专业发展存在显著影响,加强校长培训力度将会有效提高小学校长专业发展;(4)小学校长培训的显著效果受到校长培训规划、校长培训需求调研、校长培训研究机制及教育行政部门等方面的影响。基于以上结论,建议如下:为乡镇小学校长搭建更多平台,进一步提升乡镇小学校长专业发展;以各种培训方式为载体,满足乡镇小学校长培训需求;以校长专业发展实际需求,加大培训调研力度;听取多方意见,有效制定培训规划;强化培训管理,进一步加强培训研究力度;进一步健全培训评价机制,促使培训有效发展;协同本地区民族高等院校,构建培训工作新局面。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the professional development of primary school principals and the training of principals in Yanji City. In February 2013, the Professional Standards for Principals of compulsory Education Schools promulgated the professional understanding and knowledge of primary school principals. The outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) also clearly emphasizes strengthening the principal's training, promoting the principal's specialization, improving the principal's management level, tightening the teacher's qualification, and improving the teacher's quality. In order to promote the professional development of principals and gradually meet the professional standards of principals, it is necessary to have good system construction and training for principals, which is an important platform for promoting the professional development of principals. More and more attention has been paid to the quality and effect of training, which makes the training of primary school principals more demanding. Through the basic theory of principal growth law, school efficiency theory, principal professional development theory, human resources development theory, the use of literature, questionnaire and interview methods to study. Taking the principals of urban and township primary schools in Yanji city as the research object, this paper mainly studies the present situation of the professional development of primary school principals by issuing a self-compiled questionnaire < the investigation of the problems and Countermeasures of Primary School Principals training in Yanji City. The present situation of primary school principals training and the relationship between the professional development of primary school principals and the principal training show that the countermeasures to improve the training of primary school principals are put forward. Through the analysis and discussion of the results of the investigation and research, the following four conclusions are reached: (1) the professional development of primary school principals is at a good level, but in the planning of school development, to create a culture of education, Leadership curriculum teaching and other aspects need to further enhance the professional development of township primary school principals; (2) the satisfaction of primary school principals in training management, training evaluation, training methods, training content and so on is in the general level, and the training methods can not meet the needs of township primary school principals; (3) the training of primary school principals has a significant impact on the professional development of primary school principals, and strengthening the intensity of principal training will effectively improve the professional development of primary school principals; (4) the remarkable effect of the primary school principal training is influenced by the principal training plan, the principal training demand investigation, the principal training research mechanism and the education administration department. Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions are proposed: to set up more platforms for township primary school principals, to further promote the professional development of township primary school principals, to meet the training needs of township primary school principals through various training methods; Strengthen the training management, further strengthen the training research, further improve the training evaluation mechanism, promote the effective development of the training, strengthen the training management, further strengthen the training research, further improve the training evaluation mechanism, promote the effective development of the training; Cooperate with local universities and colleges for nationalities to construct a new situation of training work.
