巧用三部曲减少中游生潜性流失

【摘要】:正每个班级里中游生的比例都最大,这些学生可挖的潜力也最大。近些年来,教师在教育教学上往往"抓两头,促中间",导致班级中人数最多的中游生得不到足够的关心和帮助,他们未能从学校所提供的教育活动中获得应有的发展,甚至失去了许多机会,从而影响其身心的健康成长。慢慢地,个别学生可能会潜在性地滑入后进生的行列,笔者称之为"中游生潜性流失现象"。
[Abstract]:While the proportion of middle-school students in each class is the highest, these students also have the greatest potential. In recent years, teachers often "pay attention to both ends and promote the middle" in education and teaching, resulting in the largest number of middle school students in the class not getting enough care and help, and they fail to get the development they deserve from the educational activities provided by the school. Even missed many opportunities, thereby affecting their physical and mental health growth. Slowly, individual students may potentially slip into the ranks of underachievers, which the author calls "latent loss of middle school students".
