校长对教师的关爱是什么

【摘要】:正这位年轻的校长希望做一个亲切、可信任、有担当的朋友式校长,能关爱教师的校长。在他的这番努力中,发现了包容、尊重、担当这些概念的全新内涵。每个校长都有不同的管理风格。有一些校长喜欢健全各种规章制度,用制度管理学校,比如把各种工作、业绩都量化,一切以数据和钱说话。这种管理未尝不可,但我更相信教师工作绝大多数是良心活儿,可量化的只是冰山一角,
[Abstract]:This young principal wants to be a kind, trustworthy, acting friend principal who can care for teachers. In his efforts, he found new connotations of tolerance, respect, and responsibility for these concepts. Each principal has a different management style. Some principals like to perfect rules and regulations, manage schools with systems, such as quantifying all kinds of jobs and achievements, and talking about everything in terms of data and money. This kind of management is not impossible, but I believe that the vast majority of teacher work is conscience work, quantifiable is only the tip of the iceberg.
