芬兰“以研究为基础的”小学教师培养模式研究
[Abstract]:The excellent basic education in Finland can not be separated from the excellent teaching staff, and the excellent teachers can not be separated from its excellent teacher education. Due to the good performance of Finland in the PISA test, in recent years, the research oriented teacher education in Finland has received much attention. The aim of teacher education in Finland is to train research teachers. One of the important characteristics of teacher training is the close combination of educational research and practice. This paper mainly introduces and combs the forming background, training goal, curriculum setting, teaching practice and training methods of Finnish primary school teachers' training mode by the method of literature. Generally speaking, this kind of training mode is based on research. The study of various research methods has laid the foundation for the teacher training, then through the teaching practice, by combining the theory with the practice, trains the teacher who has the research thought, the research attitude and the ability, in addition, The research factors and practice in teacher training are closely combined, and the teacher is also a researcher in practice. Based on the analysis of the Finnish primary school teacher training model, this paper summarizes the specific advantages and characteristics of this model. The characteristics of Finnish primary school teacher training model include strict enrollment and selection system; It emphasizes the level of curriculum setting of normal school students, the role of teachers and educators, the cultivation concept of research-oriented orientation, the educational cooperation in teaching practice, and the combination of research and research in master thesis. The inquiry into the training mode of primary school teachers in Finland can provide some thoughts for the problems of the source of students, the quality of teacher training and the improper training model in primary school teacher education in our country, for example, the problem of students source, the quality of teacher training is not high, and the training mode is improper. Combined with the actual situation of our country, it provides some thoughts and enlightenment for the improvement of the training mode of primary school teachers in our country.
