小学教师家长角色扮演状况及其管理对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我州劳务经济的快速发展,州内外出务工人员数量不断攀升,“留守儿童”数量逐渐增多,问题也日益凸显,引发社会各界广泛关注。由于“留守儿童”处于身心成长的关键时期,长期脱离父母的监护,亲情缺失,监管缺位,’逐渐在心理、学习、生活和成长方面产生诸多问题。本文深入研究了小学教师家长角色扮演的现状以及管理因素对小学教师家长角色扮演的影响,通过本文的研究,希望可以更好的为家长角色扮演指明方向。本研究选取延吉市朝、汉各两所小学的班主任及本学校4、5、6年级的留守儿童为研究对象,采用问卷调查法和访谈调查法的方法,主要研究以下内容:小学教师心灵健康维护者角色扮演现状;小学教师学习引导者角色扮演现状;小学教师生活帮助者角色扮演的现状;小学教师的学生发展促进者角色扮演的现状;教师素质及管理、教学管理、教育管理、评价管理对小学教师家长角色扮演的影响。通过对调查研究结果的分析与讨论,本研究最终形成以下结论:师生评价,汉族教师比朝鲜族教师家长角色扮演水平高。教师对小学教师的学生发展促进者角色扮演上评价最好,而学生对小学教师学习引导者角色扮演上评价最好,师生对生活帮助者角色扮演评价最差;教师素质及对教师的管理显著的影响着小学教师家长角色扮演,教师素质及管理对小学教师家长角色扮演的水平有极大的影响;由于教学管理方面很少考虑对留守儿童的倾斜,导致教学管理与小学教师心灵健康维护者和学生发展促进者角色扮演存在影响,但影响水平没有预期的大;由于学校在选任班干部和评优方面未考虑到对留守儿童的倾斜,同时缺少对留守儿童家庭的走访、关爱,致使教育管理对小学教师心灵健康维护者角色扮演的影响不显著;由于评价管理中对留守儿童关爱的内容较少,评价力度不够。导致评价管理对小学教师心灵健康维护者角色扮演上虽然存在显著相关,但通过预测改变量来看,影响水平还比较低。基于以上结论,建议如下:重视小学教师对生活帮助者角色的扮演,强化朝鲜族学校教师的管理;加强教师素质的提升和管理,促进教师家长角色的扮演;建立健全教学管理的规章制度,强化教师家长角色的扮演;在选任班干部和评优方面充分考虑对留守儿童的倾斜,在对留守儿童家庭的走访、关爱上加大执行力度,强化教师家长角色的扮演;在评价当中把对留守儿童的关爱作为评价内容。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of labor economy in our state, the number of migrant workers in the state is rising, the number of "left-behind children" is gradually increasing, the problem is also increasingly prominent, causing widespread concern from all walks of life. As "left-behind children" are in the critical period of their physical and mental growth, they are long separated from parental supervision, lack of parental affection, and lack of supervision, and gradually produce many problems in psychology, study, life and growth. This paper deeply studies the current situation of primary school teachers' parents' role playing and the influence of management factors on primary school teachers' parents' role playing. Through the research of this paper, we hope to point out the direction of parents' role playing better. In this study, the class teachers of two primary schools in Yanji city and the left-behind children in grade 4, 5 or 6 of this school were chosen as the research objects, and the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview investigation were used. The main contents are as follows: the present situation of role playing of mental health defenders of primary school teachers; The present situation of primary school teachers' learning guide role playing, primary school teachers' life helper role playing status, primary school teachers' role playing status of student development promoters; The influence of teacher quality and management, teaching management, education management and evaluation management on the role-playing of primary school teachers. Through the analysis and discussion of the results of the investigation, the conclusion is as follows: teachers and students of Han nationality have higher level of parents' role playing than Korean teachers. Teachers have the best evaluation of primary school teachers' role playing of student development promoters, while students have the best evaluation of primary school teachers' learning guide role playing, and teachers and students' evaluation of life helper role playing is the worst. The quality of teachers and the management of teachers have a significant impact on the role playing of primary school teachers and parents, and the quality and management of teachers have a great impact on the level of the role play of primary school teachers and parents; Because of the lack of consideration in teaching management to left-behind children, teaching management and primary school teachers' mental health defenders and student development promoter role play some influence, but the level of influence is not as great as expected; Because the school does not consider the inclination to the left-behind children in the selection of class cadres and the evaluation of the excellent, at the same time, the lack of visiting and caring for the families of the left-behind children makes the education management have no significant influence on the role playing of the mental health defenders of the primary school teachers. Because of less care for children left behind in evaluation management, evaluation is not enough. Although there is a significant correlation between evaluation management and the role of mental health defenders in primary school teachers, the influence level is still relatively low. Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions are proposed: to pay attention to the role of primary school teachers to life helper, to strengthen the management of Korean school teachers, to strengthen the promotion and management of teachers' quality, to promote the role of teachers and parents; Establish and improve the rules and regulations of teaching management, strengthen the role of teachers and parents; In the aspect of selecting class cadres and evaluating talents, we should give full consideration to the inclination of left-behind children, strengthen the implementation of the visits to the families of left-behind children, and strengthen the role of teachers and parents. In the evaluation, care for children left behind as the evaluation content.
