校长“看课”的四种视角

【摘要】：正当前,各级各类学校的教研活动如火如荼。作为学校领头羊的校长走进课堂,亲近教学,无论从哪个角度讲都有利无弊。那么,校长以何种视角看课才能收到良好的效果呢?笔者以为,校长不妨从下面四种视角去看课。一、以管理者的视角"看课",发现学校管理漏洞有人说过,校长对学校最好的管理方式就是观课评课。对此,笔者深以为然。课堂是师生生命活动的场所,教学是教师业务能力最直
[Abstract]:At present, all kinds of schools at all levels of teaching and research activities are in full swing. As a school leader, the principal enters the classroom, close to teaching, no matter from which point of view it is beneficial. So, what kind of perspective can the principal see the lesson to get good results? I think that the principal might as well from the following four perspectives to see the class. First, from the perspective of the manager, it is found that the school management loophole has been said that the best way for the principal to manage the school is to observe and evaluate the class. To this, the author thinks that deeply. Classroom is the place where teachers and students live, and teaching is the straightest of teachers' professional ability.
