小学校园欺凌现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】:小学,作为学生接受最初阶段正规教育的学校,是基础教育的重要组成部分。然而,校园欺凌行为却严重影响了小学生正常的校园生活,给学校的教学和管理带来了较大的挑战。如何有效减少校园欺凌行为,是当前小学推进“阳光校园”值得研究和探讨的问题。许多国家对校园欺凌行为实施了反欺凌干预对策,取得了良好的效果。反观国内,我们对小学校园欺凌行为的认识不足,相关研究尚少。本文以广州市YY小学为例,使用问卷调查的形式对小学校园欺凌行为进行调查研究。具体内容如下:第一,在梳理校园欺凌行为基础理论和国内外研究现状的基础上,进行了相关概念的界定,分析了小学阶段校园欺凌行为研究的必要性。第二,调查和分析小学校园欺凌行为的发展现状,主要涉及欺凌行为的认识、欺凌行为的普遍性、欺凌成因、欺凌对象的选择、欺凌方式、欺凌者性别差异、欺凌行为的多发地、欺凌行为的影响和各方态度共9个方面。本文通过调查研究发现:第一,“个性张扬”的学生,更容易成为被欺凌的对象;第二,“身体暴力”和“攻击性言语”是欺凌的主要方式;第三,男生是校园欺凌行为的主要群体;第四,“课室”和“走廊”竟然是校园欺凌高发地;第五,学校监督管理力度不够,校园欺凌行为普遍存在。对此,笔者提出五方面建议:第一,引入生命教育课程,鼓励学生个性化发展,丰富校园生活;第二,引入专业力量,加强家、校、社会三方合作,合力干预小学校园欺凌行为;第三,建立学生个人档案袋,规范学生在校行为;第四,加大“三防”力度,做到校园安全无死角;第五,法制治校,提高学生法律意识,建设法治校园。
[Abstract]:Primary school, as the primary stage of formal education, is an important part of basic education. However, campus bullying seriously affects the normal campus life of primary school students, and brings great challenges to the teaching and management of the school. How to effectively reduce bullying behavior is a problem worth studying and discussing in primary school to promote Sunshine Campus. Many countries have carried out anti-bullying intervention on campus bullying and achieved good results. On the other hand, our understanding of bullying behavior in primary schools is insufficient, and the relevant research is still few. Taking Guangzhou YY Elementary School as an example, this paper investigates bullying behavior in primary schools by questionnaire. The specific contents are as follows: first, on the basis of combing the basic theory of campus bullying behavior and the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper defines the relevant concepts and analyzes the necessity of the research on bullying behavior in primary schools. Second, investigate and analyze the current situation of bullying behavior in primary schools, which mainly involves the understanding of bullying behavior, the prevalence of bullying behavior, the causes of bullying, the choice of bullying object, the bullying mode, and the gender difference of bullies. There are 9 aspects of bullying behavior, the influence of bullying behavior and attitudes of all parties. Through investigation and research, this paper finds that: first, students with "personality publicity" are more likely to be the object of bullying, second, "physical violence" and "aggressive speech" are the main ways of bullying; Third, boys are the main group of bullying behavior on campus; fourth, "classroom" and "corridor" are the high incidence of bullying on campus; fifth, school supervision and management is not enough, bullying behavior on campus is widespread. In this regard, the author puts forward five suggestions: first, the introduction of life education curriculum to encourage the personalized development of students, enrich campus life; Second, introduce professional strength, strengthen the cooperation of home, school and society, and make joint efforts to interfere with bullying behavior in primary schools; third, establish students' personal portfolio and standardize students' behavior in school; Fourth, strengthen the "three defenses" to make the campus safe and secure, and fifthly, manage the school by law, improve the students' legal consciousness, and build the campus ruled by law.
