【摘要】："主题课例式"研训结合教研方式的"主题"是整个教研活动的主线和统帅,其来源的主要途径有"自上而下的调研""自上而下的设计"和"上下联通的互助"。小学数学学科"主题课例式"研训结合的教研活动多年开展证明,"主题课例式"研训结合教研方式有利于教研活动主题的系列化,是利于教师专业成长的教研方式。
[Abstract]:The theme of "research and training combined with teaching and research" is the main line and commander-in-chief of the whole teaching and research activities. The main ways of its source are "top-down research", "top-down design" and "mutual aid between the top and the bottom". It has been proved for many years that the teaching and research activities combined with "subject lesson model" and "subject lesson model" are beneficial to the serialization of teaching and research activities, and are beneficial to the professional growth of teachers.
