静下来,聆听花开的声音—一名小学教师自我专业成长的叙事研究

【摘要】:基础教育是国家教育的基石,小学是孩子们一生学习的基础,教师又是教学工作的重要角色。因此小学教师的成长,关系着孩子们的全面发展和教育的可持续发展。一个人的成长史就像一个多棱镜,折射的是一个更为全面的视角,因此从他们的成长入手,折射的不仅是自己,更是整个教育之道。本论文主要采用叙事的研究方法,从自身的教育教学故事来探究小学教学教师专业成长,从故事中感受到影响教师各成长的因素,并立足于资料本身探寻一种行之有效的培养策略。文章以时间的进程呈现了教师自我成长阶段中的“适应期、定型期、突破期”这三个阶段的故事。从新手教师的困惑——“不知该如何找自我”;到成长的自我沉淀——“踏踏实实做自己”;再到成长的转折点——“渴望实现我的教育理想”。个人的教师专业成长有外因的推进,也有个人的主观因素的发展,正是这两方面共同发展,促进教师的发展。最后,我对自身专业成长历程以及整个研究过程进行了分析和反思。论文得出以下结论:一是小学教师专业成长是一个长期的积累的过程;二是小学教师专业成长需要合理的人生规划;三是“反思+实践”是小学教师专业成长的关键要素;四是小学教师专业成长离不开教学与科研的统一;五是专业引领影响着小学教师的专业成长;六是小学教师专业成长道路上需要教育信念的引领与坚守;七是小学教师专业成长离不开自我主动的学习,更需要终身学习。我结合我国小学教师专业标准的要求,我反思了自己的成长,分析自己在教师所需的专业理念、专业知识与专业能力方面的进步与不足,进而从教育管理者和小学教师本人的角度思考如何促进小学教师的专业发展。
[Abstract]:Elementary education is the cornerstone of national education, primary school is the basis of children's lifelong learning, and teachers are important roles in teaching. Therefore, the growth of primary school teachers is related to the overall development of children and the sustainable development of education. The history of a person's growth is like a polyprism, reflecting a more comprehensive perspective, so from their growth, refraction is not only their own, but also the whole way of education. This thesis mainly adopts the narrative research method to explore the primary school teachers' professional growth from their own educational and teaching stories, and feels the factors that affect the teachers' growth from the stories. And based on the data itself to explore an effective training strategy. In this paper, the author presents the story of the three stages of teachers' self-growth: adaptation period, formative period and breakthrough period. From the bewilderment of the novice teacher-"I don't know how to find myself", to the self-precipitating of growing up-"to be myself firmly", and then to the turning point of my growth-"yearning to realize my educational ideal". The professional growth of individual teachers is promoted by both external factors and personal subjective factors. It is these two aspects that develop together to promote the development of teachers. Finally, I analyze and reflect on my professional growth and the whole research process. The paper draws the following conclusions: first, the professional growth of primary school teachers is a long-term accumulation process; second, primary school teachers' professional growth needs reasonable life planning; third, "reflection on practice" is the key element of primary school teachers' professional growth. Fourth, the professional growth of primary school teachers can not be separated from the unity of teaching and scientific research; fifth, professional guidance affects the professional growth of primary school teachers; Seventh, primary school teachers' professional growth can not be separated from self-active learning, but also needs lifelong learning. In accordance with the requirements of the professional standards of primary school teachers in our country, I have reflected on my growth and analyzed my progress and shortcomings in terms of professional concepts, professional knowledge and professional abilities required by teachers. From the perspective of education administrators and primary school teachers, how to promote the professional development of primary school teachers.
