教师本真状态:活在学生的评价中

【摘要】：个体教师在成长过程中,从关注个人阶段,发展到关注教学阶段,再到关注学生阶段,表明其已进入"教师本真状态",表明该教师走向了教育的"儿童立场"。教师本真状态呈现在精神状态、生存状态、专业状态、关系状态和学习状态中。而处在"非教师状态"的、活在自我世界中的教师往往无视学生的需求、不在意学生的评价,这不利于建立良好的师生关系。尽管"学生是教师所以存在的尺度",但个体教师要回归本真之境界,就要在趋向教师存在的统一状态的过程中,实现教师与学生世界、自我世界以及周围环境之间的良性互动。
[Abstract]:In the process of growing up, individual teachers have developed from paying attention to individual stage, to paying attention to teaching stage, and then to paying attention to students, which indicates that they have entered the "teacher's true state". It shows that the teacher has moved to the "child's position" of education. The teacher's true state is presented in the mental state, the living state, the professional state, the relationship state and the learning state, while the teacher is in the "non-teacher state". Teachers living in the self-world tend to ignore the needs of students and ignore the evaluation of students, which is not conducive to the establishment of a good teacher-student relationship, although "students are the yardstick of teachers' existence". But in order to return to the true state, the individual teacher should realize the benign interaction between the teacher and the student world, the self-world and the surrounding environment in the process of moving towards the unified state of the teacher's existence.
