现代人失衡发展之痛与平衡发展的社会建构

【摘要】：失衡发展是现代人不堪承受之痛。从学校教育开始,智力发展与道德发展失衡即已开始。成功追求与规则持守失衡成为个体发展中的长久之痛。伴随西方自由理念输入和对西方自由的片面理解,自由意识高涨,责任意识退守,自由意识与责任意识出现失衡。现代人失衡发展与学校教育中浅层次展示道德标准、轻视道德认知有着直接关系,也与泛化付出概念、避讳收益教育以及过分紧张制度化的学校教育与工作、嬉戏非制度化的日常生活有关。这需要以法律为约束进行秩序教育,平衡多元利益主体间的利益;以公德为底线进行德行教育,平衡个体利益与公共利益;以私德为关注进行全人教育,平衡工作领域与生活领域。
[Abstract]:The unbalanced development is the pain that modern people can't bear. It begins with school education. The imbalance of intellectual development and moral development has already begun. The imbalance of successful pursuit and rule keeping has become a lasting pain in individual development. With the input of western freedom concept and the one-sided understanding of western freedom, the consciousness of freedom is on the rise. The development of modern imbalance is directly related to the superficial display of moral standards in school education and contempt of moral cognition, but also to the concept of generalized pay. Taboo income education and excessive tension and institutionalization of school education have something to do with work, play and non-institutionalized daily life, which needs to take the law as a constraint to carry out order education and balance the interests among the multiple interest subjects; Take public morality as the bottom line to carry on the moral education, balance the individual interest and the public interest; Pay attention to personal morality, balance the work and life fields.
